Fun and easy - Fun and easy to use, very comfortable, worth the price. A lot to see and a lot to learn. These buses are also nice to use to get from one place to another without learning how to use the local buses.

Disappointed but satisfied! - I can’t really review the actual ride as we didn’t take it. Apparently we weren’t informed when we booked that the roads would all be closed for St Patrick’s Day. I can however review the company and say they were very helpful and refunded our payment immediately.

Worst London tour experience I've been on - Of all my years doing the bus tours in London, this episode was the worst (the bus segment). The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful and gave us misinformation. A group of 5 of us started the tour at 1:32pm and did both blue and yellow line. We wanted to finish our tour with the city cruise. When we got back to Victoria station after 5pm on the blue line we were told to take the yellow line to get back to the city cruise pick up. That turned out to be false as the blue line would have gotten us there quicker. The elderly African driver on the yellow bus route was angry and kept shouting at us and told us we should go back on the blue bus route to get to the cruise. We explained to him that his colleagues told us we should take his bus to get there. He stormed off the bus to confront his colleagues about it, then we were reluctantly told to stay on the blue route as they don't have anymore drivers- this angered the driver even more. We were driven past the Picadilly stop where they changed drivers and wasted more time. We asked the new driver if we could still catch the city cruise and he said we should forget about it as its too late. This meant we got to the London Eye stop at 7pm feeling dejected as we really wanted to do the cruise. Luckily, one of my friend suggested we should still go to the pick up point to see if we could get on the cruise and we managed to get on the very last cruise of the day. The cruise was a much better experience as the staff we welcoming and professional and the tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable. Overall a bad experience for my friends who were visiting the 🇬🇧 for the 1st time. Will stick with the Big Bus tour for next time as I am guaranteed a better experience.

Terrible experience! - Terrible! The bus tok detour around the scenery so you did not see the attractions. The information on the speaker system was crap and did not work on some of the buses. The bus was very late or did not arrive as estimated on the app and we spent so much time waiting for the bus. Some of the drivers were rude. I will never use this company ever again and would not recommend it.

Avoid At All Costs. - Buses are infrequent and then don't stop at the designated bus stops. Complete waste of money. Had more apologies from the other bus companies sales reps than the Toot reps, avoid at all costs.

Disappointing Bus Services - Our experience was terrible. We bought a 2 day pass. We used the bus 1 time got off and tried to get back on at multiple stops and the Toot bus never came. We wait over 30 minutes at each stop and no Toot bus came to the stop. We waisted much of our precious time waiting then resorting to Uber or walking long distances to get where we needed to be. On our second day we attempted to try again. This time a Toot bus was stopped and waiting for passengers. I struggled finding my pass standing in front of the open doors to the bus. The driver proceeded to shut the doors on us as we told him I was looking for my electronic ticket. Strongly not recommending Toot bus service very dissatisfied.

Omg what a mess ! - I actually feel embarrassed to be British after listening to this rubbish ! My god, if that's what we are telling tourists about our wonderful London history we're doomed. So much music and little commentary. 80% music - loud and annoying. The actual Limited commentary wasn't bad but so little of it. Add to that, the commentary played at times we were no where near the actual sites being spoken about and you can imagine the shambles this tour was. I'm a tour bus guide in Lincoln so maybe I just have high expectations of what a tour should be but this was absolutely dire ! On another note, buses are incredibly dirty. Oh dear, sorry to the tourists that think this is all London is about. Needs drastic improvement.
