A fun and quirky walk with a very knowledgeable guide - The guide was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable, and threw herself into the role in just the right way! We learned quite a bit, lots of it fairly gruesome, pace wasn't too much and both us and our teenagers found it engaging. An interesting and quirky way to spend just over an hour or so if you want to learn some of London's darker history!

Felix is great - Felix was a delight! Very knowledgeable and quite a congenial character and made the whole event quite fun. We only had 4 on the tour and when it started to rain Felix said to give him a moment to cast a spell (which he did!) and the rain stopped. You must keep him!!!! Many thanks for the fun tour!!! A Happy Witchling - We were a group of four age 60's ladies on a girls trip. We did this tour in-between doing a High Tea at Swan at the Globe and doing a pub crawl. The tour was a lot of fun. Our guide was very personable and a lot of fun. We learned a lot and got some wonderful photos too. Went on the 4 pm tour on May 6. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Fun witch history while walking ! - The young woman who was our tour guide clearly enjoyed her job as she played her role. She was comfortable with walking through Londen dress as a witch providing historical facts about witch trials, deaths, etc. It was fun and interesting.

Funny, quirky short tour - very enjoyable! - We met our witch guide, Felix, at Southwark Cathedral and ended the tour by St Paul's Cathedral. He was very engaging and hilarious. We really enjoyed the tour and it was something a bit fun and different to do in London. I am a local and it was interesting seeing things I didn't previously notice in the area. The tour mentions Harry Potter but it isn't the main focus - it's more of a historical tour dating back to the first so-called witches in England and covering Henry 8th's period as well. I would recommend doing this tour at the 6pm slot and then going out for a nice dinner in the area afterwards.

Historically inaccurate and disrespectful. - Tour was over played and serious instances of persecution were made fun off as if they were fairy stories not real life events. So many historical inaccuracies. Main ones. Tour guide- Society of Apothecaries formed by Henry VIII fact - Society of Apothecaries formed by James I 1617 Tour guide - Nicholas Culpepper arrested by Henry VIII (who died 1547) Fact- Nicholas Culpepper accused of witchcraft Early months of English Civil war (started 1642 nearly hundred years after Henry died) Tour guide -the term hangover comes from the people attending hanging and getting drunk Fact - in Victorian times if you were homeless and made money you could pay 2 pennies “hang-over” a rope rather than sitting on floor with firsts. It was 4 pennies to lie down on a make shift bed. There are other instances of inaccuracies. Guide was disrespectful about the pagan religion n beliefs. The tone was very much for tourists rather than historical tour. Several people left early. We only stayed as the route took us to our next stop.

No show, no refund don’t waste time and money - Guide never showed up and no contact to reach guide. Wastddouble the ticket price to cab to the meeting place only to be told they may refund ticket if the provider of the tour agrees! What, charge people, don’t show for the tour don’t contact anyone and no confirmed refund for the ticket
