Best day ever. - Our guide was Peter. He was entirely open to making sure we saw and did the things we wanted to do. By being so flexible the day was completely ours. He made it an unforgettable experience.

London Tour - Edie was great! Nice tour, shared a lot of his knowledge and experience with us. We even made an extra stop at the Greenwich timeliness. David Stubbs was kind and very accommodating on short notice. Thank you.

Great experience when you have a limited time! - Fabulous time! Eddie Pendergast was our driver and he was awesome. We saw so much in a day with such great commentary. We would highly recommend the experience if you only have a day!

Perfect day in London - This was the perfect tour for our group of seven. Our tour guide Peter was very knowledgeable and absolutely delightful.

The Company with Experience! - This is our second tour with David Stubbs and as always it was wonderful. We went to Cambridge this time and had a fabulous day. David feels like an old friend and I will book him again. You can customize any tour within reason and David will handle it. Next time I think we will do a multiple day trip with him! Well worth it!

Exceptional Service - We did a TEN day tour of London. We say over 27 sites in London. David was an exceptional guide. One great thing about him was that he planned our trip BEFORE we arrived in London. He saw that we wanted to see all of London. We were so overwhelmed since it was our firt time in London. He was on-time every day. He picked us up at the hotel and guided us at every turn. One thing to note, he will not guide you inside the site, eg., inside Windsor Castle. There are free tours inside and there are recordings on phones the Castle will give you. However, he provides expert guidance as to what to see inside. I did not want to spend 8 hours on one site. I wanted to hit 3 places. For example, we travelled to Stonehenge, then Lacock and then the Roman Baths. If I took a "guide" we would be stuck at Stonehedge for hours. If you want to see all of London, David and team are the way to go. I had so much flexibility. Sometimes we stayed longer at some sites than others. I highly recommend him. He has immense patience and my daughters felt very comfortable. I travel all over the world. He is honest and trustworthy. Thanks, David. We had the time of our lives. We will definitely be back to see the rest of England with you as our trusted guide.

Best tours of London - David is phenomenal! Funny,knowledgeable, professional and more! I highly recommend all of his tours! We spent 4 days/tours with David. He and his associates are excellent!

Great world wind day tour of London - We booked our private custom one day tour in London with the highly recommended tour guide David Stubbs, but as a result of an illness we were switched to Peter as our tour guide. Peter did a very good job. All went well with one minor problem being that all my communications with David where not transferred to Peter so it was a little confusing as to what we wanted to see. But with the exception of one stop we saw everything we wanted to see on our world wind tour of London in a day. My grandson had this on his bucket list and it was a gift for his 13th birthday. We took the first EuroStar train from Paris to London and the second to last returning back to Paris. So, we were in London from 9:00 to 5:30. We were a family of six and chose to only visit the outside of many attractions. We did go inside the Science museum for one hour. We did go to The Albert - an English pub for lunch which was very good food, but it had very slow service a little over two hours which ate up some valuable time. The tour guide was very knowable and a very good driver. But, it was a little hard for the people in the back seat to hear him. See the photos for all that we were able to see.

NOT a tour - What a disappointment - this turned out to be a very expensive driving service rather than an actual tour. I contacted David, upon Rick Steves' recommendation, on behalf of my parents, who had 1 day in London. They have limited mobility and therefore could not conduct a more traditional walking tour, which is why I reached out to David. I made this very clear to David when I contacted him via email and he assured me that they would get a great "tour" of London regardless of their mobility issues. The driver was nice and the car was clean, but the driver gave no history of London. My mom asked him about the history of the Cutty Sark and he didn't even know what it was. Then I contacted David personally, before posting a public post, to give my feedback, and he argued with me about each of my feedback points and then said, "I knew this would be a very big mistake". Terrible customer service - I wish David had turned down the job instead of taking their money, knowing his driver couldn't give them a tour as David had promised. Or at least I wish he had responded professionally and courteously to my feedback. Reading other reviews on Google and Yelp, I see similar experiences - the amount of history and information given seems to vary by driver. I expect to have a pretty sharp retort from David on this review, given his defensive reply to my email and his response to other negative reviews. I don't think I've ever given a review like this before, but I just want to give people fair warning.
