A lovely suprise - We were treated to a fantastic Black Taxi tour of London, a gift from our nephew. Our driver, Michael, arrived right on time and gave us a warm welcome. He quickly understood our interests and tailored the tour to suit us, offering suggestions that we were excited to explore. Along the way, we enjoyed short stops at key sites, where possible, giving us a chance to take in the sights. We would highly recommend this tour – and if you can, request Michael! He made the experience both informative and a lot of fun. Thanks Michael. Looking forward to the Secret tour when we return again!!

Excellent tour for the short span of time - The tour was extremely memorable! We were not expecting much for a 2 hour tour but Matthew was very friendly, often going out of his way to explain the various locations and guiding us to some sites that required a little bit of walking as well. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a quick tour of London's famous sites and do ask for Matthew as well!

Awesome Experience - We had the Best driver Michael was great Our flight was delayed but he waited for us and offered more time. He knew the best places to take us and explained everything. He was able to answer all of our questions and offered some great recommendations for sightseeing, food, restaurants, and more thanks Michael. It was awesome.

Great fun for a day trip on London - This trip was great. I didn’t expect much questioning how much could we possibly see/visit in a 2 hour ride. I was presently surprised. We were shown all around the city and see all the highlights, got a history lesson and got out to take pics. We didn’t need more than 2 hours but could have had more time if we needed it. If you have a day trip or long layover in London then this is the tour to take. Our guide Matt was spectacular.

Highly recommend! - We had read many reviews and were convinced by the positive feedback. We only had 36 hours in London before heading out of the city for a wedding and this was the perfect way to see and experience a lot in a short period of time. We considered a hop on / hop off big bus experience but decided to invest a similar amount of funds in this private hire. Gary was fantastic - and he made it more than worth it. He was knowledgeable, funny, and kind to my family. We had two kids, and two grandparents (a total party of 6) and were comfortable in the cab. The window in the roof was helpful at seeing things above us. We visited the major sites and were able to get out to take photos and learn more. We were surprised to visit a small historic church as well / which was a surprise and a real highlight. We can’t thanks Gary enough for the time we spent with him!

Wonderful way to spend our last hours in London - My wife and I did a private Black Taxi tour of London on our last day there. David was fantastic to work with and was very accommodating. He was very quick to answer my emails and had some great suggestions. We wanted to be picked up at our hotel, do a tour around London for 4 hours and then be dropped off at Heathrow. Our driver, John, was outstanding. He was funny and very knowledgeable. We really felt he loved doing this and made sure we saw what we wanted to and still got us to the airport in time. He had some great stories and interesting facts. We were able to get out of the cab and he would lock it and then get some pictures and learn more about the sights. I seriously can't recommend this service enough.

Michael is the best! - Michael was fantastic. We took this tour our first day in London. Michael knew all the highlights and was an expert in guiding us to terrific pictures. Very engaging, informative and fun. He struck the perfect balance of interesting history for the adults and fun for the teens! Simply, the best.
