Great for all ages, well put together - Great for all ages, well put together. My nine year old lad loved the bakery and I really liked the inn. Very funny. Staff very good. Actors great.

Absolutely Amazing 🤩 - My 8 year old son is a huge fan of all 4 films. He has ASD and is Non Verbal and finds outings hard. I decided to give Shrek Adventure a try and I am so glad I did. He absolutely loved it. My 10 year old daughter really enjoyed it too. The staff were so great. Lots of laughs and fun. We will definitely be back 😀

Worth it - It was lots of fun for all of us (62, 30, 8 and 3 year old). My 3 year old got scared with all the effects but she was so, so happy to see Shrek at the end and kept asking to hug Shrek after we left. The staff who aren't in costume are kind and the team who play the different roles are really good and interact well with the visitors. I actually liked that phones were not allowed (no filming or pics), it helped people truly immerse themselves into the experience. Definitely an attraction I'd visit again when my daughter is older.

Great experience - My sister, her partner and myself came here yesterday off the cuff. We wasn’t sure what to expect, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was funny and different to what expected, kids will love it! There is a lot of queuing at first, but once your on the adventure it is good and very cleverly thought out. I would advise if you get travel sick, to ensure you have taken the relevant medication for it! There is a 3D part that could make you feel a bit queasy!

Very nice family fun! - We visited at 11 a.m. and were lucky that it wasn’t busy. We were a group of approximately 15 people for the guided tour through the experience. The whole adventure was fun and exciting for the kids and also the adults enjoyed the live act presentations. The different characters were very funny and did a great job. Overall, it’s really worth to see the experience for families with kids.

FUN, even for adults but better with children - As two adults we were unsure as to whether we should book the Shrek adventure not having the children with us. We then thought we would take the chance and we weren't disappointed. The actors throughout the adventure were very good and interacted with the groups very well, this meant several members of the group could participate which made the experience a good laugh. Getting to enter the locations from the Shrek movies was so surreal even for adults, and the props were also very well done. Such a great experience in London, very much recommended but even more so with kids. only given 4/5 due to it obviously being focussed more towards the children.

1/3 off with Days Out Guide 💚 - As a fan of the (first 2) films, I brought a group here for my birthday (mostly late 20s/early 30s). It’s basically The Dungeons but with fairytale characters rather than frightening creatures: you’re taken through about 8 different sections from the swamp to The Poison Apple. It's catered towards kids- expect several references to TikTok- but we had a good laugh. The photos were fun, too. The cloakroom doesn’t take bags which was inconvenient. If you’re looking for discount, I got about 1/3 off with Days Out Guide.

Discrimination - So was a tad late due to delayed trains front of house staff was helpful, but when I got to bag check he wanted me to take all the bags of the pushchair to search them all and when I asked why you can clearly see I have a small child most of the stuff was child things clothes teddy's ect as was staying away for a few nights, he said I'm just making sure u don't have a gun so u need to empty the bag out so I wasn't happy about this, making me pull my medication pouch and straighteners n even underwear out of the bag to see, treated me very un fairly I have severel hidden disabilities as well as severe anxiety and a child who has autism adhd and other hidden disabilities, very rude staff managers and security. Not disabled friendly or at all clued up about anxiety and social anxiety or autism and adgd. Making you feel like a criminal when all u want to do is have a good time with ur child we was left in tears and refused a refund, even tho we didn't get inside.

Poor disability service - I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had with an attraction in terms of disabled assess and equality. Extremely rude staff including a very arrogant manager called Annie. Thankfully other London Merlin attractions were fantastic and offered great disabled assistance. Would not do this with a disabled guest.
