Very good - It was very good but the boat is noisy. The view of the London bridge is beautiful because we can't see that on another place

Would not recommend - First a warning, just because you have a ticket doesn't mean you'll get on, many of the boats are full when they arrive and you'll be waiting a while. So better not to get on from a peir in the middle of the route. The boats are run by Thames Clipper, a private company, so naturally it's a decent operation, the people running the boats we friendly and working quickly. Only gripe was every service was delayed. However, the tickets and Pier are run by TFL and hence it's a shambles. Like on the tube, staff think they're doing you a favour, no concept of customer service whatsoever. So poorly managed, all I saw were customers looking for information on where they should be going and how to buy tickets. Guys, it's not that difficult, put some signs up and get some of the staff who are down on the peir chatting, up on to the pavement to help customers. As far as the journey goes, it's very stop/start and not cheap. If you want to see the sights, much better to get on a proper tourist boat and if you book certain other attractions you might get it for free.
