Perfect option for my first trip to London - Perfect option for my first trip to London which was an 18 hour flight layover. It rained so my only issue was some buses were open top and got crowded downstairs. The busses came often at most stops, ticket process was seamless and staff was very friendly. I also found a store that held me bag for a small fee, it's a convenience store a little walk down from stop 39 Piccadilly on opposite side of street.

Great way to see the sights of London - Great way to get your bearings and see the main sights of London. The commentary was excellent and available in many different languages. The bus was clean. From 8:00 am to 10:00 am there are very few other passengers on board, so you get your choice of seats. As the day goes on, it gets busier. (There are several different companies who all offer a similar service, so make sure you get on the right bus!)

Worst customer service ever! - Due to hurricane Debbie in Florida, our flight was delayed from Tampa to London by 5 1/2 hours. I scheduled 90 minute tour that began at 1 PM. I reached out to the company to inform them that we not be there until four. We did not get into London Until 1:30 PM by the time we checked into our hotel it was 3 and could not make the tour. We already had booked other plans for the next day, and we’re leaving for Scotland the following day. They will not issue a refund! The only thing they said is they can give us credit for a future trip which we are not returning to London because we are moving onto our tour with 39 other people in Scotland. Ridiculous! ridiculous! ridiculous! I reached out to Viator and the big bus hop on hop off and neither one could give us a good resolution. I would NEVER EVER recommend them.

Not Great - The hop on off bus not worth booking online when presented QR off phone only wanted paper tickets and continued making new sales extremely rude!! Bus over loaded no seat to use headphones and young child trampelled on. The cruise very bad instructions map guide to where to board from especially not knowing the area had to contact Viator twice with no response to 2nd query.

Horrible bus , horrible drivers , horrible service , no compensation for not completing routes - We had a horrible experience with tour bus. We spent 2 days in London and paid £204 for a 48 hour ticket. On the first day we boarded at Tower Hill and got as far the London eye which is about 2 stops away . We then got back on the bus at London eye stop hoping to go to trafalagar and Piccadilly . We left at 2:30 pm and 2 and half hours later the bus turned around and headed to the London eye ! I asked the bus driver why he didn’t stop anywhere and he said there’s road closures so he is just doing the London eye stop . It’s now 5:30 and the entire afternoon has been wasted not to mention the money wasted by using this bus. No communication before we got on and no help after . The second we couldn’t use the bus because of road closures unless we wanted to see the same sights as the day before . We ended spending another couple hundred for all of us on travel cards to get to Piccadilly , Leicester area and back . The big bus has refused to compensate us . They couldn’t care less and there no one that you can speak to only a robot on a chat box

0 STARS - SAVE YOUR MONEY!! - I'd give 0 stars if that was an option! We went to take this tour and due to a triathlon in the city causing major road closures, shutting around 7 of the stops we were unable to join. The tour company didn't answer to help on the day, Both them and Viator failed to notify of the disruption to the service at any time - if they had we certainly would've rescheduled. They've also denied a refund for us blaming us, even though they couldn't provide the service we paid for. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR BOOK ELSEWHERE AND CATCH THE TUBE, NOT THIS BUS, IT IS QUICKER, CHEAPER AND A LOT LESS HASSLE!

No BUS - Yes to the Eye and River Cruise - Please for the love of God, do not do the Hop-on-Hop off bus. It's crowed and not on time. Such a Hugh bummer and disappointment. I would suggest taking the regular buses and metro to get around. So much better. The Eye and River Cruise were wonderful and easy. Go right to the front of the line. That was fantastic.
