After booking, we will confirm the pick-up time and location. You will be notified when the driver arrives at the pick-up spot, and you will have a 5-minute grace period before the driver departs if no communication is established. Once greeted, the driver will take you to your designated drop-off point. If you booked a round trip, please call or message the provided number 30 minutes before the pick-up time. The pick-up time may be shorter depending on the driver’s distance.
