Our ticket booth is located at Dock #2 across the street from Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant and between the Aquarium of the Pacific and Hooters Restaurant. Please arrive with your Viator order and we will print every one in your party physical tickets to board the vessel.

Give it up for te Dolphins! - We were there to see the whales, but the dolphins were the real show! The came to greet the boat when we first arrived and then ignored us, but they led the whales around and around so we got to see them several times. It seemed like there were multiple whales instead of two. And the dolphins never quit - it's all about the dolphins! Side note, very hot summer day and the wind was blowing, and it was cold. Bring a light jacket - unless like me you really enjoy a good blast of cold air. Beats the heck out of air conditioning. And bring a hat - sun is still out!

Awesome experience - Best whale watching experience I’ve ever had. I’ve experienced whale watching tours from here to Alaska and Canada and I’ve never seen the abundance of wildlife as we did on this trip. Seriously, for the price you cannot beat this tour It’s so worth it

Playing with the sea creatures! - We saw a whale, numerous dolphins, and seal. It was fun to see the dolphins and seals "playing with us alongside the boat!"

Great Experience - The trip was great. We were able to see a whale, dolphins and sea otters. Remember to bring a jacket. Trip back for really cold. Overall great experience

Relaxing boat tour - Didn’t get to see any whales. Did see lots of dolphins and some sea lions. Did the 9a tour so wasn’t hot. It was nice to go out on a boat in the ocean even though no whales were found.

Lacking a "whale" of a time - Nice trip but would've loved to have actually seen whales. Since we were on a whale tour. Otherwise, the trip was ok.

Nice boat ride . - No whales spotted but plenty of dolphins picture perfect day . I was charged 55.00 for each ticket they offered 10.00 off for seniors but would adjust said l have to go back to viatour.

Decent, but shorted time - Boat was clean and employees were nice. Very informative. We only saw dolphins (I don't hold that against them, it is wildlife after all). Advertised as a 2-2.5 hour excursion, from take off to docking was 1 hour 40 minutes, which is why they didn't receive 5 stars.

Boring experience - Very boring, saw some dolphins for maybe 15-20 mins of the ride, the rest was extremely boring and didn’t see any whales. Half the people on the boat were asleep. Need to figure out some other entertainment while taking the 2 1/2 hour ride. Would not do recommend.
