Engage in the process from milking the renowned Majorera goats — acclaimed as the finest for desert climates — to molding and vacuum-sealing your own cheese. This interactive workshop allows you to immerse yourself in the island’s most celebrated tradition.
Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome coffee as your host introduces you to the experience and the farm. You will then be taught both manual and machine milking techniques before moving on to the most thrilling part: crafting your own fresh cheese, step by step, just like a local artisan.
Halfway through the session, pause for a delightful authentic Fuerteventura breakfast. Unwind in the garden patio with a fresh cheese sandwich, a cheese board featuring Canarian mojos and homemade jams, along with your choice of beverage — coffee, tea, local Tenerife wine, beer, soft drinks, or water.
After your cheese has set in the press, return to the production room to vacuum-seal and label your creation, bringing home a unique, edible memento of your experience.
