The best Tour Operator In Chile - The team is amazing! Definitely the best Tour Operator In Chile. Here’s my experience with the Isto é Chile agency: On July 28th, I faced a last-minute cancellation with another agency for a tour scheduled on the 29th, my birthday. I was devastated, but Alexandra found a way to fit me and my partner into a tour with them to Inca Lagoon. Brenda, the tour guide, was wonderful—knowledgeable and full of positive energy. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a wine tasting at a family-owned winery, and Brenda even asked the group to sing "Happy Birthday" to me. They also gifted me a bottle of wine, which I thought was very kind. Thank you to the team, especially Alexandra and Brenda, for going out of your way to make my birthday so special.

Alvarez is great - This tour is very long but also very worth it. The price for everything you’re getting is amazing. Alvarez was very informative and always kept us informed.

Unperishable! - Beautiful landscapes. The Inca lagoon in Portillo in winter is spectacular. You can enjoy the surroundings with the children even if you do not go skiing. The agency service was excellent. Indicate!

Worth a visit - Getting out of city - It was good, but not amazing. Lots of time in the van travelling, 3 hours getting there and back and 1.5 hours at sites. Best to do on a clear sunny day. Inca Lagoon a bit disappointing when overcast. The wine tasting was ok, but it wasn’t a tour of the vineyard.

Family holidays! - Beautiful place, but the lagoon is inside the Hotel, making it impossible to access, leaving only a small viewpoint for photos, being contested by countless people!!
