We had such a great experience with Sergio on our tour! He was very knowledgable, very open to questions and needs, and made our tour very fun! We loved it, and would go again.

Sergio was excellent. I learned a lot.
My one recommendation has to do with your communication requesting that customers should arrive at 10:15. I did so and no one was there. I called and Kevan who rather dismissively explained that the tour leader would be there at 10:30. He wasn't. When I called Kevin again at 10:40 he informed me that "(Sergio) is an artist) and implied that being punctual is not a reasonable expectation.
My take is that if you're ok with your staff running late, it's a bit of an unreasonable expectation to ask that your customers arrive early. Apply the same grace to everyone so that you're not wasting my time.
