Great Tour Hollywood Behind the Scenes - This is a great tour to learn about places on Hollywood Blvd. It was a walking tour. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children (12 and 14 years old). The pace was perfect and time at each location was very timely. We had Breeanna who is an extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and professional tour guide. It was great learning the history of Hollywood. Would definitely recommend to others and would do it again if we got Breenna as a tour guide again!

Highly recommend for a nice morning introduction to the iconic neighborhood

Fun and interesting tour - We booked this as an introduction to Hollywood. It covered the big sights, e.g. the Chinese theatre, but I was really excited to get a look inside the Egyptian theatre, which is not often open to the public. You each get a headset which is connected to the tour guide, so it is easy to hear them when you're going round despite the hordes of tourists and all of the traffic. This was a great way to familiarise ourselves with Hollywood!

Fascinating! - We had been looking forward to this tour and it didn't disappoint. We were treated like V.I.P.'s as we went from location to location, which was special. Some of the time we saw the same things as the regular tour offered, which in itself was very interesting. For me the best part was going to the costuming and props department. It was fascinating and we learned so much. Our tour guide (I can't remember his name but he also worked on the Ellen show) was extremely knowledgeable and even though he was bombarded with questions (mostly by me) he answered them all satisfying my curiosity into the movie making business. In addition there was the bonus of a delicious three course meal in a private room of the Executive Restaurant. The food (from a set menu) and the service was very good. We had a memorable five hours at the Warner Brothers studio and even though it was quite expensive, my husband and I thoroughly recommend it.

Awesome Walking Tour of Hollywood Area - My whole crew really enjoyed the hour or so tour of the area around the Dolby Theater. Very knowledgeable and informative guide. Enjoyed the insight he provided. I recommend this walking tour. Headsets for each participant allowed the guide to be very clearly heard. Would recommend.

Great insight, local guide - Usually, I do not write reviews, but this time I really had to share my experience. I visited LA a couple of times before, but this time I brought friends who are first timers. We wanted to do something more than just walk down the walk of fame, so we booked the Red line tour Hollywood behind the scenes. This was a great choice! I learnt so much about the history of Hollywood, quirky stories and fun facts. The tour guide was Tamara and she had interesting facts, brand new news and combined it with her long time experience in the area. We enjoyed the tour so much. I was really surprised as I usually do not like to do the typical touristy stuff.

Great tour of downtown Hollywood!!! - We picked this walking tour as it was just the right amount of time and at a good price. The tour did not disappoint, in fact it was fabulous. It was the right amount of walking, Hollywood facts, picture stops, history of how things came to be and there was a red carpet preparation going on. I enjoyed the tour guide, all I got to see, and would definitely recommend.

Don’t book with Viator - Get your own directions and do not be a minute late for this tour. Address given does not take you to the actual Hard Rock restaurant. Address takes you to a sign for Hard Rock that is around the block, opposite side of the plaza with shops and restaurants. When we finally found the correct location it was 4:01 pm. Tour was gone, no one was working the desk, no one answered the phone and tour could not be found on street. They clearly left early and made no effort to contact us. When tour returned the guide rebooked us for two days later even though we were not available. He said we could email to get a refund. We emailed for refund and were denied. They tried to tell us tour did not leave until 4:06 pm. That is false. Also, this tour was not full. Others were not prevented from going on tour based on our reservation. If they want to claim we were late they should refund our money. Just a pure money grab. We won’t be booking any tours through Viator or with red line in the future.
