Start your vacation with an exciting walking tour to the Hollywood Sign, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Los Angeles. Get closer to the iconic sign than any other tour allows, as your guide shares captivating stories of Hollywood’s history. Our 90-minute express tour offers an easy walk to the front of the sign, while our 2.5-hour hike takes you to both the front and back of the sign.

This tour is available as a 3 hour hike to the front and back of the Hollywood Sign, or an express 90 minute walking tour to the front of the Hollywood Sign - choose at checkout
Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your ticket time to check in with your LA tour guide.
Closed-toe shoes are required and layers are recommended
Young children are welcome to join this hike tour; we recommend this tour for guests ages 6 and up. Children participating in the hiking tour should be able to hike on their own. NO STROLLERS! For children under 6, we highly recommend choosing the 90 minute option at checkout.
NOTE: Meet your guide OUTSIDE by the long white gate where the trailhead begins; they wear a neon yellow Bikes & Hikes vest. Do not bother the people at the houses in this neighborhood.
Please allow ample time for traffic (welcome to LA!) and for parking. There is free street parking at this location- please follow all signs.

Excellent Tour of the Hollywood Sign. - The tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Michael was excellent giving us an insight into the history of hollywood as we were walking, as well as taking some great photos of us. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Los Angeles!

Even AI wouldn’t have given me photos as good… - The hike, the history and the halcyon of being the only group on the trails way exceeded my expectations. We were fortunate enough to be the first group on the trails after they re-opened due to the L.A fires. It was so peaceful and undisturbed. No cars, no food trucks, no people. The weather was perfect and we saw lots of wildlife animals. Michael was a fab guide and told us so much historical info we didn’t know. His photos are amazing! I wouldn’t have managed such brilliant pics if it weren’t for him.

Great tour!! - Our first time in LA and it was an amazing experience. Mark is a wonderful tour guide and he shared lots of interesting information which kept all of us bonded throughout the tour. We recommend it to everyone.

Bring your camera so you... - Bring your camera so you can take heaps of photos. You get a great view of the sign. The tour guide takes the best photos as she (Sarah) knows all the correct angles and spots.

Great Experience - We had Noelle as our guide on the 2.5 hour walk up to the sign and she was so lovely and gave us so much interesting information! Really worth it and definitely a great experience!

Hollywood sign tour with Mark - Mark is a fantastic tour guide and very knowledgeable of the area and history of the region and sign. The walk is easy and plenty of stops make it good for photos and resting. Highly recommend the tour to learn more about the Hollywood sign.

Michael Spellman True Tour Professional - My son and I have been out here from Boston for 10 days. We pretty much took all the bus and city tours. This was by far the best tour we went on!!! Michael Spellman is a true professional, funny, and showed us all the best spots and gave me the opportunity to make some great unforgettable memories for my son and I. I would and will recommend this tour to everyone. Next time we come back I would love to do it again. Well, only if Michael’s working that day. I give this tour 5 stars all day!!!!

Our Hollywood sign tour review - My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide, Mark, was organized and professional. We liked that he had these tip sheets of various city attractions to provide us. He also had cold water available for anyone that may have needed it. His attention to detail is excellent customer service. We enjoyed his sense of humor and how knowledgeable he was. He truly made this tour! Your business is better for having Mark!!!
