This isn’t your typical bus tour with a lagging audio guide. We take you off the beaten path, uncovering city secrets that other tour operators overlook, and bring you to seven of the locations where the coveted Academy Awards Ceremony took place. We immerse you in the authentic Los Angeles vibes.
Our concept of an all-inclusive walking and metro tour of Los Angeles is groundbreaking. Why did we come up with it? Simply because we want you to slip into the shoes of an Angeleno for a day, falling in love with the city just as we have.
- Tours commence at 10 am daily
- Los Angeles Metro fare is included in ticket cost
- A wide array of food choices are available, catering to all dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc)
- Aim to get to the meeting point 10-15 minutes early. If you’re late you may miss the tour.
- This tour is not recommended for children under 15 y.o.

The guide will be will be checking-in guests from 15 minutes before the tour begins at the meeting point. The Pantages Theatre is right opposite Hollywood and Vine Metro Station. We CANNOT wait for latecomers, there are other guests.

Great snapshot of LA in a day ! ! If you are going to book a tour book this one !! - We are a family of four from London staying in Anaheim and booked this tour as it gave us a a snapshot of the sights in LA in exactly what it says it does' LA in a day'. This is a perfect day trip, early start at 7.00am pick up from your hotel in Anaheim and then 12 hours of sightseeing and fun all for under $100 per person, great value. The tour bus is very comfortable and our tour guide/driver, George, was a bundle of energy and fun keeping us entertained and gave us a potted history of LA and its growth since the 1940's. George made the trip a pleasure for us with stops on route for lots of photo opportunities and great advice on where to eat and drink. We were dropped back at our hotel in Anaheim at 7.00pm ,great door to door service, great value for money, great fun if you want a snapshot of LA this company is the one to book.

LA in a Day with K - K was our guide/ driver. We scheduled a 7 1/2 hour tour and she had us out for 10 hours. She made sure everyone saw what the brochure promised and then some. K added a personal touch to our tour by having music about California. She drove us around like she owned this town. She knew every short cut and was more pleasant dealing with traffic issues than anyone who we ever toured with in the past. K made sure we all saw what we expected, played trivia about LA and when we come back to LA we will take another tour with K. The hotel pick up was also a big plus for us. Thank you K for making our stay in LA unforgetable.

A must do tour - Amazing tour of L.A. Oliver my tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the city. Throughout the tour I find out so many interesting things about this amazing city. If you going to do a tour, this is the One.

The Real LA Tour - Damien was an awesome tour guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. It was our first time doing a walking tour and I enjoyed every minute of it. It felt personalized as it was only myself and my girlfriend on the tour. We were able to gain insight and knowledge about things in LA would would have not otherwise learned. Great job and thank you.

LA in a day tour - great way to spend a day - Fantastic day spent with Damian who really knows his stuff. The day flows very well and we managed the walk with no issues. We are in our mid 60’s and I’d say fit, nothing more. It was fascinating hearing how Hollywood started and the characters that framed it and the rest of L.A. Damian is enthusiastic and his passion for the subject shines through. Can’t recommend enough.

Delivering real insights into Hollywood and LA - We wanted a more personal tour experience which would give more of a real insight into Hollywood and L.A. This tour delivered.
Our guide wove together history, characters and film with the architecture, with highlights being some jaw-dropping downtown hidden gems of old theatre cinemas and arts and craft extravagance.
There was a very full day of walking the streets and travelling the trains - but this gave us the opportunity to discuss and experience so many aspects of LA life, before finishing off in Santa Monica.

Excellent tour, you wont want to miss it! - My family and i had a fantastic time in the LA in a Day Tour. Our guide, Damien, truly immersed us in the history of the city and made it come alive. He pointed out events and locations that I dont think we would have known about in any other tour. If you want to book a tour of LA, book this one!

Tour cancelled last minute - Trip was cancelled 10mins before departure(due to an unfortunate situation with the tour guide), and the tour operator did not have a backup plan. Seemed unprofessional to me. Not a good spot to be in, for a newbie in the city.
