LA Tour - Victor was great, very knowledgeable! Took us to many of the spots our teenage kids wanted to see Made it simple and easy to enjoy!

Successful tour of LA - Very experienced guide, knows the city, its surroundings and history very well and can talk about it extensively. He is extremely flexible to adapt the tour to the wishes of the customer and knows his way around safely and securely, even the interesting parking spots.

Highly recommended guide - We’ve been to LA several times but I can honestly say Vincent was one of the best tour guides we’ve had. He arrived on time (early in fact) for a pick up from our hotel. He was really friendly and very knowledgeable and a safe driver. We saw some great sites and he was really flexible. Taking us to see some things my daughter really wanted to see. I can highly recommend Vincent and we would definitely use him again.

Half day tour of LA with Black history mixed in - It’s taken me way too long to write this but I wanted to wait until I had time to properly celebrate the magic that was a tour with Vincent. I was a bit busy with work so didn’t have a ton of time to plan in advance. After reading reviews for various companies I decided on Victor and was thrilled he was available on such short notice. His team was very responsive and booking was a breeze. After spending almost 2 decades leading high-touch service experiences I’ve developed high expectations…lol…though I try to extend grace when hiccups happen. So the speed and quality of response matters a great deal. We had the opportunity to customize our tour and because it was an MLK mother/daughter trip we wanted to experience some Black history. Victor quickly accommodated our request. He picked us up early and gave us the most thoughtfully designed tour. Victor took the time to research some of the places I’d requested and was able to provide us with lots of history and background on the places we were visiting. He went out of his way to find hassle free ways for us to experience the city and was able to make it interesting for the 2 young children with us. I highly, highly recommend Vincent! Great 5 hour family tour with good insight although quite a bit of time in the car due to LA traffic! - We had a half day tour with Vincent which we really enjoyed. We had booked via La La Tours due to the good reviews and had opted for the Teen and Kids tour to make it relevant and interesting for our 16 and 11 year old daughters We had outlined in advance what we had already seen in LA and what we wanted to do and Vincent created an itinerary to account for this. He was a really friendly and knowledgeable guide and gave us some great info on the areas we visited. We went to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a viewing spot for the Hollywood sign and then In-and-out burger for lunch before heading to Venice beach. Only challenges were (1) LA is so big/busy that on a 5 hour tour we were probably driving for 2 - 2.5 hrs of the tour with only a few things to see / stories to fill the time whilst driving; (2) having asked for a teens and kids tour it could have been more focused on the girls rather than a general tour. Having said that we really enjoyed it but depending on whether you want someone to drive you and give you a bit of extra insight into the areas - most of the things we did could be done as a self drive tour which would allow you to do them at your own pace. Vincent was great though a really nice guy and a nice clean Mercedes SUV with waters etc to ensure you stayed hydrated in the California sunshine.

Bernard was great in our half day LA Tour - My 3 friends and I booked the half day LA tour. Vincent was to be our tour guide/driver, however he could not do it that particular day and found a replacement driver, Bernard. Bernard was super. He took us all over the city. We were looking forward to getting to the Hollywood sign, but because it was the day of the eclipse, the road was blocked off. Bernard then took us somewhere else where we could see the sign and he took photos of us with the sign in the background. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.
