Super - Beautiful. Every universe is perfect. We dive into movies or video games like Mario. Well organized. And the visit to the movie studios is nice.

Great day out - The price of the ticket on Viator was excellent & good value especially as we got a second day free. Really good day out. Not as many rides as I thought there might be but the tour ( 60 anniversary ) was excellent. The Mario Kart ride was chaotic from the 2 hr wait, no entertainment in the line, very little covering from the sun to bad ride instructions to staff who didn’t seem to know what was going on. However we still had a great out.

The rides were both exhilarating and terrifying! - The TRAM was the BEST of all the great rides we enjoyed. I joked with Beetlejuice, got a gentle high-5 from Marge Simpson, and made "friends" with Elsa Lanchester, the Bride Of The Frankenstein Monster. The 1960s New York City housewives were also very engaging. Do NOT miss WATERWORLD. Save it for last, when the Sun is going down, and bring your slickers. I have spoken!

Easy way to enter park - I generally print my tix but forgot this time. I was nervous about the tiny qr code at the gate entrance but we scanned in easily without issues. I would do this again to avoid the longer line to get tickets.

Good staff.would have been better if staff was present in queue.Ww had to wait on all rides even though we had express lane exce - It was clean and only thing not clear where is express lane. No sign or staff to indicate. We missed some rides. We wish we new this or someone available to check our tickets.

Lack of strong attraction - It’s still a big park the tour of the studio by bus is great, but it still lacks attractions for the price of tickets.

Disappointed overall - We were slightly disappointed with our overall experience at Universal. We did enjoy the Harry Potter section of the park and were pleased to utilise the single rider lanes toward the end of the day for both Jurassic Park and the Mummy. We would also recommend the studio tour, it was a thrill. Other than this, we were left disappointed in quite a few areas. Firstly, every single food and beverage staff member that we came across were slow, casual and disinterested. The lines were huge and from each of their attitudes you would have through they were out for a Sunday stroll around the local park. I have seen food and beverage outlets run far more efficiently in almost any other place in the world. This was a huge cause of our frustration. Secondly we queued for 15 minutes for a butter beer only to be told I wasn’t able to order it without the creamer. This blew my mind. It is an addition to the drink and is placed on top at the end, from a whole seperate dispenser. When I asked why can’t you just not put it on there? I was told “it is because it is a signature drink and we can’t alter it”. No mind to the fact that I’m allergic to dairy so that was the cause for my concern. I feel as though many families pay a lot for a day out at Universal and the staff really need to up their game.

Fast Passes ruin the Experience for General Admission Holders - I visited the park on Friday, June 21 with my daughter, her boyfriend and her 3 young boys (6 year old twins and a 3 year old). We arrived at the park at 9am and my daughter went directly to the Mario Kart Ride. It took them 2 1/2 hours to get through the line and ride. During that time, I took the three year old, and we took photos with various characters, went on the Secret Life of Pets ride, and went on the Kung Fu Panda experience. Due to his height, we were limited to about 4 rides, including the studio tour. During our 11 hours at the park, the family went on 6 rides! My biggest complaint is the same one I experienced at Disneyland several months ago, the fast pass! I understand that people pay a lot of money for these passes that allow them to get to the front of the line, but it makes it MISERABLE for the folks who purchase a regular admission ticket ($134/day)! I feel that the park should limit the number of these passes that are sold, or make it a lot more equitable on the numbers allowed onto a ride at time. I was in the regular line, and fast pass holders were literally walking in from the street directly into the ride line, thus making our wait over an hour! They literally allow 20-30 fast pass holders to 5-10 regular admission holders. The same thing happened for the studio tour teams. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Tour bus driver crushes our dreams - We went for two reasons: Earthquake and Harry Potter. Our tour bus driver decided to skip Earthquake (the bus in front and the bus behind got to enjoy though, so the ride didn't have a technical fault). We had limited time to make our flight that evening, so couldn't redo the tour. A massive (and expensive) disappointment
