VIP experience we’ll worth the cost,, quick access to rides and tour guide educates you to behind the scenes history. - Our professional guide during the VIP tour was Brian, I greatly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude during the tour. I was very impressed with the food that was included with the VIP tour, the lunch was particularly delicious with a diverse selection of salads and prime rib fresh seafood and delicious dessert. The coffee served at breakfast was delicious. The VIP pass allowed us to quickly bypass main lines and in one day we were able to see all the attractions. The park is easy to navigate, we took an Uber , there was a defined Uber drop off and pick up point.

A great escape - This is my second time, first time for my daughter. She was in awe of what she heard and what she saw. My awe stage was last time, this time I could really take on what I was seeing and hearing. Absolutely memorable thanks to our terrific guide Danny. We were able to escape to movie magic after a horrendous week with the election

Great fun at Universal as a VIP - Completely stress-free experience. Daniel made the day fun and provided many insights into what we were seeing or the rides before we experienced them. He did a great job interacting with all the age groups on our tour. From the family of 7 with 5 children to the older couples like us and the solo traveler from Japan. Valet parking and the buffet breakfast and lunch were included and just added to the experience overall.

Recommended tour, even if you have to swallow something at the price... - We have the VIP tour Universal Studios Hollywood for the 16th. Our daughter's birthday booked; a bit expensive, but probably the only way to complete all the attractions in one day. A guide guide guides the minigroup from attraction to attraction - no waiting times, but direct access to the rides (otherwise for normal guests up to 2 hours waiting per attraction, so not the whole park can be created in one day). Positive surprise: Lunch at the Moulin Rouge restaurant - really top standard! At the end of the tour travel in the small train through the studio world with some good 3D effects. Park closes in the summer outside of the California summer holidays already at 7.00 pm...

10 out of 10 - We did the tour with Al (Team Moustache) and it was by far the best tour experience we have had whilst in LA. From the minute you arrive you have a great experience. The VIP entry is seperate to general, it has a very nice waiting area with great food and coffee. The tour is very flexible and not rushed. Al had a wealth of knowledge about the place and was very accomodating to the groups needs. We saw everything in the backlot and were allowed out of the cart to walk around, seeing things up close. Afterwards he took us to some of the main rides and attractions where there was no waiting. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

A great day and well worth the price! - It was wonderful from the time we walked in and retreated to a VIP breakfast and basically let around the park with a special tour guide seeing behind the scene views of the studio. The rides were great and we had no wait at all. The lunch was amazing with a full array of food that my adult children devoured. My daughter said this is the best Experience at an amusement park ever!!

$$, UNSAFE GROUP AND HUNGOVER RIP GUIDE = Knotts Scary Farm next time - My daughter and I just completed a RIP tour for the third time ( first was Universal Florida) and second/ third were Universal Hollywood. The first two RIP tours were excellent, safe, and amazing experiences. Sadly this time was not such an experience. Our tour guide was "M". Two members of our group were 15 minutes late - no big deal- but a sign of things to come. We started with the buffet. After the buffet the same these same two were 15 minutes late again- showing up with big cans of beer and reeking of marijuana. During the tour, these two individuals were visibly drunk/ high and began harassing others in the group- as well as scare actors and generally ruining the experience for the rest of the group. At one point members of our group were sharing that someone was smoking marijuana in the bathroom during one of our early breaks in the tour. This couple then joined the group again, reeking of weed. Our guide "M" honestly was not a great host and seemed checked out . She was informed of the unsafe couple but they remained until finally removed from our group by security toward the end of the tour- after ruining a majority of the experience of the RIP tour. We have no plans on doing RIP again- or VIP- which we have done in the past. This was an unsafe and unnecessary bad RIP tour. Our tour was overshadowed by aggressive drunk/ high people that i felt the need to keep my teenage daughter away from. I didn’t feel like M represented RIP or Universal or HHN very well and allowed the group to be unsafe and not very enjoyable. It felt like she was phoning it in- and even told us they had a cast party the night before and everyone was “tired”. Probably won’t be back
