Great way to see al the sights in Los Angeles - Great tour some excellent audio information and great views from the top deck of the bus would definitely recommend if you want the flexibility to see the sights you want and then get back on the bus and go to the next attraction on your wish list

Hop on — best of LA - A great your! Lynelle is a terrific driver. She helped us charge my phone. Her driving was safe. Highly recommend. The stops were prompt and as advertised. I would travel again!!

Easy way to see LA and surrounding areas - The operators were very friendly and helpful. The one stop I got off at Lae Brea Tar Pits was not the most comfortable place to be. Would have rather been in a more populated area. Also, the three times I waited for a pick up, the bus was over 20 minutes late and one time was 20 late leaving the stop.

Good to know the maximum - It was good to get to know several parts of the city, despite having a bit extensive route, it is indicated for those who have little time in the city

2-day hop-on, hop-off. - Day 1 red line. Bus was 35 minutes late for our loop. They blamed it on construction. Day 2 bus was 25 minutes late for our loop ( no explanation offered). Forced us to change our timeline for other activities on both days. Audio connections and headset on day 2 was a problem. Day 1 audio was excellent. Audio commentary was interesting on both the red and yellow lines. Good overview and helped us identify good places to go back and visit on other days.

First time in LA - This is a great tour and reasonably priced. I wish it went to the Hollywood d sign and the Griffith observatory. But otherwise it was very good!!

Not as great as expected - We have already done this kind of city tour in different cities and have always loved it so far. This time our enthusiasm was limited. The buses run at very large intervals and then also arrive very untimely, so that you ultimately have little time to hop off and hop on. What a shame!

The worst City bus tour ever, yet the most expensive! - On a family holiday with my Wife and teenage daughter. Planned to pick up bus at first stop of the day, arrived 10 mins late. Got to changeover stop and next bus broken down, had to wait 50 mins for next. Bus drivers aggressive towards passengers, buses dirty and falling to pieces and nothing through the whole day on any route ran to timetable provided in their leaflet. I would avoid Contacted the company afterwards with the feedback and over a week later still heard nothing, so seemingly they dont care.

Huge disappointment - The bus was late- but that was a minor inconvenience. The earphone cords were very short. You could not keep them in when you looked at sights, let alone when you tried to take pictures. So annoying. We got off at one point at La Brea and museums stop (most stops had no one getting off. Just pretty lame). The next bus had longer head phones but there was no room between seats for our knees. I’m 5’9 and my companion was 6 ‘1. And they advertised rodeo drive on all days except Sunday and then said the city doesn’t allow buses. You could get off and walk several blocks. This was the Hollywood tour. I will never do Starline again. The concierge recommended. I should have researched it.

Terrible - An awful experience from beginning to end. No air con on a sweltering day - one line dropped us in a back street to "connect" with the next line - which came 30 minutes later - no facilities, nowhere to get water, no shade
