Super super fun! We didn’t escape, but got some close. Staff was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
This was our group’s first escape room experience and we didn’t know what to expect. We found it challenging and interesting. It was a good time and a good way to spent time with family and friends. A little pricey though overall, but a fun time.
The young lady who hosted us was really great. We had twelve 14yr old girls and she managed them by herself. Very good!
This escape room was super hard, but had interesting puzzles! I think that some of the clues given throughout the game could have been integrated into the actual room in some way. The way some of the logic was for the puzzles, you almost had to have clues to solve the room. We finished within only a minute, though! And it was super intense!
The room was fun, but we switched to the Jester's Revenge at the last minute, so this review is for that room. It had a lot of variety. The one puzzle that was odd was the cockroach one. Overall, we had a good time. Also, Angela was very energetic and friendly. She clearly enjoys her job and helped make out experience good.
First, Allison was great -- very welcoming and she put our minds at ease right away (we'd never done this before). Then, when it was over, she made us feel we had done well even though we failed to get the treasure. All of this added greatly to our enjoyment. The game itself was much more challenging than expected -- but in a good way. The puzzles were clever and solvable, but not without real brainpower. All in all, a very enjoyable time.
Our escape room was so much fun! A great way to spend my birthday with family and friends. It was challenging enough to keep us motivated, but not frustrated.
Our hostess was very personable and insightful. She was very helpful and quick to present our clues. We'll be back for another escape.
Friendly staff, created a fun/engaging work environment for our team. Solving the puzzles were fun! A member of our group was celebrating a birthday so doing this with family/friends was very nice.
The grand finale was hidden in a bookshelf cabinet. It didn’t really blend with the narrative of the room and felt anticlimactic. Still one of the better rooms I’ve done and very friendly staff.
This was the first escape room we have ever done and it was really fun. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed ourselves and the story and the activity was kid friendly (12 year old). There was a few glitches with the set up but besides that, everything went smoothly
My friends and I got there a little early and there really isn't a lobby area to sit. We could also hear what was going on inside the rooms, so we just went back outside. Once inside the room, we could hear the people on the outside also. The room was pretty fun though.
Room was awesome, very challenging but also so much fun. Hostess/employee working was very engaging, helpful, and kind
Fun filled adventure. Family friendly. Our host was attentive, informative, enthusiastic, and fun. Great way to challenge your mind, bond as family/and friends, wholesome fun. Fastest hour of your life. Can't wait until their new room is ready, we will be back. We will tell our friends.
The puzzles to solve the room were very reasonable yet mentally challenging. The receptionist was very personable and did a great job of welcoming our party and explaining the game to us. Would recommend this escape room to any group trying this concept for the first time or for the more advanced escape artists.
1)We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed but waited while the employee got the other group’s photos taken and got the room ready for our group. However there were no chairs or a bench to sit on. We had to stand there the whole 15 minutes waiting for her to clean the room, and then while she explained the rules. It would be great if you can get some folding chairs or even a long bench for customers to sit during this 15 minute.
2) While the employee was efficient and knowledgeable, she was very firm and reiterated twice in a not so friendly way way about not standing past her desk area. Again this issue would be resolved if there were chairs to sit on. We didn’t know where to stand as the other group was standing around taking pictures and the waiting area is quite small and cramped so we were forced to stand close to her desk area.
