BEST TOUR EVER - If you love to feel in connection with nature, this tour is definitely for you. We started the day with a delicious breakfast, then we went to see hummingbirds and birds where I managed to observe different types of birds while Isra was explaining to me about the biodiversity of Ecuador. Then we did an ATV tour which was a lot of fun for me, then we had a delicious lunch typical food and finally we did the chocolate and coffee tour. It was a fun day and what I loved the most was being able to feel in connection with nature and being able to have these majestic hummingbirds in my hand. I recommend it 100%

Mindo Cloud Forest tour - I was fortunate to have the highly recommended guide Isra for the day and he did not disappoint. He has a vast knowledge of Ecuador and is eager to engage in conversation about it. The hummingbird garden was absolutely amazing to see and to have them feeding from my hand was incredible! I did the coffee and chocolate tour as well which I found very informative and fun. It was hands on with the added pleasure of tasting many chocolate flavours and coffee freshly picked, ground and served. The scenic drive to Mindo was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this tour.

A fantastic day with Israel! - Had a wonderful day seeing the hummingbirds, orchids, and learning about coffee and chocolate. Having the hummingbirds eat nectar out of our hands was such a cool experience. Israel was a great tour guide and I learned a lot about Ecuador from him.

Fun and stress-free! - Isra made our day very easy, fun, and enjoyable. The ride to Mindo in his car was comfortable and he took us to some fun places. We fed hummingbirds and went bird watching. We went zip lining which was a blast. He took us to a local restaurant where we had delicious food. And the highlight of this tour was the coffee and chocolate experience where we learned so much about the process for making both and tried some delicious products. If you want a stress-free day in mindo, this tour is a great option.

Beautiful experience! - Isra picked me up and we headed out of town towards Mindo. He had so much information to share and it was awesome spending the day with him. We saw hummingbirds that I got to feed by hand, a small breed of toucan, and another bird whose name I forget. The drive was so pretty, especially when the clouds later rolled in. I enjoyed lunch in Mindo and the chocolate and coffee experience was fun and educational. Felt like I learned a lot and won’t forget such a cool day. Especially how amazing the hummingbirds were. 100% recommend!

Amazing experience with Isra - Absolutely amazing experience. Isra was a great guide who took us through the local foods (and tasting them), the humming bird sanctuary, orchid garden and finally, the coffee and chocolate tasting. We enjoyed every part of this tour, which was personalised to our preferences. Also, we had so much good food including lunch! I highly recommend this tour.

Best tour ever - I loved every part of this tour. From the hummingbirds to the chocolate tour to the zip lining everything was unbelievable and our tour guide was just so amazing. Every person we meet was so sweet and made us feel so safe. Don’t forget to get some Yuca bread and street food. You will not regret this tour.

Great day with Isra and the birds! - Isra was awesome, we had a great day with him! My partner and I were primarily interested in seeing birds, so we did the hummingbird spot first ($5) and it was incredible. Dozens of hummingbirds flying all around us and we even got to feed them out of our hand! Lots of tanagers as well came to the spot. Very magical. We stopped for lunch for some delicious food ($3.50) that included soup and a hearty portioned entree. The butterfly garden ($8.50ea) was nice also. We then went to the zipline ($20ea) and Isra knew that one of them particularly liked birds and knew how to spot them so he hooked us up and we were able to see two tucans with him plus many more birds! We ended the day at the chocolate/ coffee tour ($20ea) which was nice. In total, all of our additions so the day were about $60. Some of the prices in the description are out of date so I included ours to give you a better idea of the cost as of November 2024.
