Worth the adventure but shorter than described - The provider waited for us. We made it just in nick of time and they waited for us to board the boat. The captain Carlos was good too and mentioned what sites we were seeing etc. However, this is not a 2-hour adventure as described. We were done in 45 minutes including the snorkeling. Plus the boats are old and not as fancy as in pictures.

Not a fancy boat and guide but… - This snorkeling/arch tour trip was a company that provides the snorkeling equipment and books a guy in a panga. Although I’d requested an English-speaking guide and his was quite limited, he was great and showed us the sights and was able to tell us about everything. Then he dropped us at Pelican beach for snorkeling and came back when we told him. Since we have our own snorkeling gear, next time (now that I know) I’d just hire a guy with a panga at the dock. But we didn’t know and this worked out great.

Disappointed - The captain was nice but it was supposed to be English and we had more spanish speakers so I feel like he catered to them.

Not worth it better - Just my opinion but not worth the $175NZD (Us$ double that). 15 min boat trip , no snorkel with fish as too wavy and beach too full. Dropped at main beach for an hour or two. Hired an umbrella for $17 USD but never got change from them. Staff boat driver was friendly but hardly understood him.

Worst experience EVER!! - Difficult to find. Asked for an English speaking guide, guy barely spoke any English. Got dropped off at a beach, left the snorkling part for us to figure out. Some random couple jumped onto the boat with us at the start. Woman kept complaining that it wasn't enough time at the beach. We had agreed with the boat "captain" latest pickup at 2pm, got picked up at 230pm. Ruined our afternoon plans we had. NEVER AGAIN!!

So much disappointment….. - The snorkeling experience was awful! The boat was a used glass bottom boat that had the glass bottom covered. We were LEFT at pelican rock. It was PACKED with people. It was an AWFUL snorkeling spot and so close that we could see our hotel. Instead of the two hours we just wanted to go back after the first hour. It was only the one stop. Our operator was very nice and helpful. We were so disappointed with the experience.
