We had a great time on the waverunner with Sea Cabo. We got picked up from our hotel and dropped off with the pickup option and had a great time in the water. Definitely recommend them!

Never even had the experience, despitefully pre-paying and making a reservation a month in advance. Reached out to Sea Cabo Activities prior to our scheduled experience and asked if they had a place to store valuables during the tour. Never received a reply. Checked in 15-20 minutes before the experience and were told we needed to show ID and credit card for insurance, even though the experience was prepaid and insurance is noted as “optional”. Offered to have my husband run back to the hotel to get the credentials, but we were told to wait as the tour provider was “calling his manager/the owner to see what could be done”. While we were waiting, the tour provider said, “everybody ready to go jet skiing?“ and as he began walking with everyone else to the jet skis, turned to us and said “sorry, you need your credit card and ID - you need to reach out to reschedule” and then took everybody on the tour without us. I called back to him that I would probably book someone else and write a bad review about their lack of customer service. I reached out for a reschedule or refund via email when I got back to the hotel - about 10 min after our scheduled reservation, and was told because I said that I was going to write a poor review about their service they would not issue a refund and would dispute this review when I posted it. My family went back down to the beach and rented from Big Boys on the spot who provided exceptional service and a wonderful tour, complete with drone video/photography. Makes me question ever pre-paying for a beach experience in Cabo again. Would not recommend to Sea Cabo Activities to anyone.

I called in advance and spoke with someone about my booking for two adults. We wanted one waverunner machine but I was charged for two and have not heard back after several emails trying to contact you. Our tour guide assured me he let the booking team know we only used one machine.
