Family of. 4 - combo tour - We signed up with our Hard Rock Resort. They picked us up in a bus, but the bus arrived late and the bus seems to need maintenance to it. There were several times I thought the bus was going to stop working and leave us stranded on the road. When we arrived at the Tour site. It was easy to check in and complete all the paperwork. My family did the combo without food that included a UTV side-by-side and a camel ride. You are not allowed to bring backpacks or wear hats while participating in the activities. They do provide lockers, which is included with your purchase if you do decide to bring a GoPro, you must have either a helmet attachment or Chest attachment. During our public tour, we did stop one time to take photographs from their photographer, and we also switched drivers. Our leader was very good with educating us on how to operate the vehicle but also took time with each group to tell them about the nature and the environment.. one cool thing that we learned is that within the next 6 to 7 months, the company will open up a zip line tour. One of the lines will be 1 mile long. After our UTV ride, we did the camel ride. Our leader Elloy, again, educated us on the camels, where they come from and how they are cared for. The tour does offer.headgear/turban, but there were none available for our group of 11.. after our ride we also had pictures taken by their photographer, feeding one of the camels carrots. We were then taken back to the main building to retrieve our belongings from the lockers, to complete a survey, and to partake in tequila tasting. Unfortunately, we did not do the tequila tasting since the area was crowded, and we were not given a piece of paper from our tour guide to submit for free tequila tasting. We then proceeded to take a look at the photos that our photographer took during our two tours. The photographer did a wonderful job and the camera was very high-tech and professional. Pricing to purchase the photos depends on the number of people in your group. For example, we were a family of four that had approximately 140 pictures and the cost they were asking for was $149. If we were a family of three the cost would have been $129.for two people it was $104. After seeing our photos, it was confusing for us to determine when our bus was going to pick us up. There was no communication to let the guests know when the bus will be arriving and where to wait. Luckily with our broken Spanish, we were able to find out the information and again unfortunately we were riding back on the same bus that desperately needs maintenance. Overall, we thought our experience was good and we are happy and satisfied that we did it.
