A great family trip to the Cabo arch - El Jefe gave us a great tour of the arch and surrounding beaches. He got right into to get great photos. He got a lot of fish to come up for the glass bottom boat viewing. Definitely a fun and worthwhile trip. Recommend it for anyone wanting to take a group out to view the arch.

Tremendous! - Raul was absolutely terrific. He gave us personal treatment and made sure we were able to take advantage of the glass bottom view and also showed us a marlin caught by one of the fishing boats. He also spent time near the sea lions so we could get pictures and at Love/Marriage Beach. We even had a performing Manta Ray on the ride in., jumping out of the water 4 times! A more memorable excursion than many that cost nearly 10X! Well worth it!

Highly Recommended - Very good service from the captain and his assistant. They make your tour enjoyable and support you to take good photos. The price is very affordable.

A must see in Cabo! - The tour was amazing! A must see in Cabo. My 7 and 9 year old loved it. Especially feeding the fish by pelican bay. We got our tickets just outside the shopping mall, reservations not required. Great price!

Simple and straightforward - Nice short ride to see all the sites mentioned (the arch, a view of Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach, the sea lions on the dock, and fish along the water). The captain and crew were very nice and friendly. Offered to take pictures while at the arch. They provided us with water and everything else and had a nice conversation about some of the sights we were seeing. They were great with communication and the dock was honestly easy to find, while not in the very front, it wasn't more than 15-20 minutes in either direction that you would get dropped off. They specified it was on the same side facing Luxury Avenue mall. I would recommend them for a nice quick ride, straight to the point of the activities. They also mentioned if you take an earlier ride they can even drop you off at one part of the beach and pick you up later (and with the waves being so big, I think a decent swimmer would enjoy it)

Seas the day! - We enjoyed the boat ride to see the Arch and other landmarks nearby. Not sure the point of a glass bottom as we only stopped once to see fish.

Long walk - Having to walk around the entire area to get to dock 50, very very long walk from where tenders dock from cruise ship. The boat ride was better than I have had in the past. The boat driver let us off closer to the tenders so we didn't have to walk another mile.

Great view, logistically challenged, inclusions not provided. - After seeing mostly positive reviews, my friend and I were very excited about this tour. All in all, the views in the opportunities for photos were great however, the operator was logistically challenged, and did not fulfill the write up that was advertised. My friend and I showed up at 13.50 PM, at the prescribed point on the D dock. According to the instructions we received, there would be a team member there to greet us. There was not. When one of the crew came by, they had to go find an attendant, who is confused about us being on the tour and had to call the home office. We were escorted aboard at 14.00, there was one other family on board. The captain then left the boat without explanation, and 10 minutes later another family showed up. The captain left again, and another family then showed up. We left the dock 20 minutes late. We overheard the second group, they were late because they wanted to stop for beer. I do not know why the tour operator doesn’t keep a more strict schedule. We were on time and it’s only a courtesy to respect being on time. They did not provide water on board, when I asked, the captain had no idea. Last, this was the most concerning, the captain was drinking beer while piloting the vessel.
