This was a great excursion! We booked directly with the company. They picked us up at the marina where our cruise ship had docked (the location was easy to find) and took us to multiple locations near the marina. The van used to transport our group was clean, air-conditioned, and they had water and drinks available. First, we took a boat tour to see tropical fish and the Cabo arches. They took pictures for us (you can purchase them for a fee and they send you a link to download them or take your own). Then they took us to a glass-blowing factory where we got to see them make actual glass pieces and you can purchase some of the pieces at their on-site store if you wish. Next, we went to a Tequila tasting which was informative and the Tequila was great. You can purchase tequila at the store. Finally, we went to a jewelry store where we learned about how they manage oyster farms and someone in our group won a pearl. Throughout the day, our tour guide provided information about the area and answered questions. He also let us know where it was safe/clean to use the restrooms. In terms of tipping, your main tips will go to your awesome tour guide and your boat tour guide. You can provide smaller tips at the glass-blowing factory, tequila store, and jewelry store (all had tip jars). You can tip with either Mexican pesos or American dollars; they accepted either. Overall, this was our favorite excursion during our cruise and I would absolutely consider this company for the other tours they offer.

Our driver, Vicente, was attentive and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. He made excellent recommendations for places to stop for food. He was also quite friendly and went out of his way to accommodate a quick stop before taking us back to our hotel.
