Once ready, you’ll go to the boat for a short 5 minute ride to the dive site. When you arrive there, you will receive complete instructions about gear, communication, environment and safety procedures. Then, you will start by practicing a few basic diving skills. Not to worry, as they are pretty easy and soon enough you will master them quickly and build your confidence.
Once you are done with the skills, it’s time to have the adventure of your life!

- Minimum age is 10 years

Great first dive for teens - I took my two daughters (13 and 16) for their first dive. We had an absolute blast. Pablo was our instructor and was humorous and very educational. Would surely recommend Manta and would dive with them again.

Manta Scuba Diving - great first time experience with scuba diving - We booked beginner dive with a second dive and we loved the experience with Manta Scuba Diving. Our guide Mercedes was exceptional. She was very caring, kind and knowledgeable, and most importantly we felt 100% save during the dive. My husband unfortunately didn’t feel well and had to return to the boat in the middle of the dive, but Mercedes and the crew made sure he is ok and took good care of him. I highly recommend Manta Scuba Diving and would definitely book with them again!

Great excursion! - The Dive Instructers were very kind, Angela helped one of us with severe anxiety and encouraged them to try again, offering to take them as a personal diver. The areas we dove in were lovely, they took great care of our safety, and were otherwise wonderful. Highly recommend for first-time scuba divers!

Amazing experience with great instructor - My husband and I serendipitously found Manta while in Los Cabos. We were curious about diving and the staff was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly when answering all our questions. We decided to give it a go. Brandon was our instructor and guide. He is very professional and kind. His class (previous to diving) was very informative. He gave us clear instructions which allowed us to safely enjoy the experience and learn a lot about diving and the natural environment. The facilities are very close to the diving spots. We are very happy with our first diving trip. We highly recommend it. Just remember to take a change of clothes (there is no shower in the facilities).

Amazing Experience! - This was my first diving experience. I was nervous going into this as I haven’t been under water in years but wanted to experience being in the ocean with the sea life. My instructor, Mercedes was super nice and patient with me and answered all of my questions. She was absolutely AMAZING at calming me down when I first entered the water. The ocean is beautiful and I really enjoyed seeing the fish and a sea lion. Thank you Mercedes for making this an amazing experience! Highly recommend :)

Great Introduction to Diving - Myself and my two sons (14 and 18) went scuba diving. Our experience was great!!! Our dive master was Baptist and the captain was Flash. Baptist did a great job explaining everything we needed to know and was very thorough answering our questions. Once in the water he was very attentive to us and made sure of our safety the entire time. I would most certainly recommend this experience as well both our host, Baptist and Flash.

My adventurous Vaction with my daughters ❤️ - We went Scuba Diving as a family and it opened up our eyes in an up close and personal way to all magnificent wonders underneath the sea. 🌊
I'm so happy for this experience, because up until now, I've only seen it on tv.
We enjoyed Baptist so much with his safety training and guidance, that now me and my daughters want to become certified in Diving, so that we too will have the knowledge to travel and dive on our own.

Absolutely incredible! - Any Apple users, DO NOT use Apple Maps.
Outside of that, we had a blast. Angela is amazing & so good at explaining things & being calm & talking you off the ledge. So much so you could really relax & enjoy yourself. It was such an incredible experience. To be a part of the underwater world to a whole new depth is something you just have to experience. I cannot wait to try it & experience it again.

Highly recommended - It was an excellent experience. Jesus and others were very kind and helped our family enjoy the dive as much as possible. I'd highly recommend this. While putting the safety as the first priority, they also accommodated my daughter's adventurous spirit and helped her explore deeper and see the best available in the area.

1st time diving but not my last! - My 1st time diving was so fun! Kevin was amazing at easing all my fears and guiding me through the process. Once we were in the water he was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable going deeper little by little. We saw lots of cool fish. Thanks for all the help 🤙🏽
