More than just a snorkling trip - Guides and staff are incredibly friendly and the service is outstanding. The snorkling did not disappoint, there were so many fish! We also saw a lot of whales during the excursions. This was unexpected, but an awesome bonus. I didnt expect much for lunch, but they went above and beyond with that too. Great sandwiches. This exceeded all expectations.

The boat ride was... - The boat ride was amazing! They took us to view the arch in Cabo, then a 45 ride to Santa maria Beach area to snorkel. On the way we saw whales jumping out of the water and got great pics and videos. The staff were very friendly and passed out drinks, beer, and water the whole ride. They played fun music and made a very enjoyable experience. Would recommend to everyone staying in Cabo to do this boat tour

Fun times each time.. - 2nd time with this operator. Always a good time. Saw whales on two occasions going down to Santa Maria. Snorkeling there is always less crowded and more fun than Pelican Rock. Love this excursion.

Fun time - It was a tour excursion well worth it. Great and attentive staff, good drinks and food. We were even able to catch a few whale sightings. The boat was in good condition. We were on a cruise and booked this as a shore excursion, and they were very helpful and provided all the meeting/departure info a week ahead of time since we would not have email/internet access before the excursion. Highly recommend!

Mistake and lies..... - We mistaked the time and missed our excursion. Our error. (I will preface this review by saying that I don't think this was a Viator problem except that the dock representatives said they worked with Cabo Blue Boat, which was booked through Viator) But, after we missed our excursion, the dock guys, who assured us they worked for our company, sold us round trip water taxi rides to a beach. We opted for the $15 each to Lover's Beach instead of $10 each to Medano Beach, cause why not. We were whisked down the dock to a waiting boat, found our seats, and put on our life vests. As we talked with other guests we found out we had all been lied to. One couple paid $45 each for a glass bottom boat tour. The only glass bottom was the bottom of the life jacket compartments, which were small squares with high sides in the center of the boat. Another couple paid $75 each for a 45 minute island tour. We were told that Lover's Beach was closed due to high tide (it was 1pm) even though we had seen people on the beach all day and all afternoon after getting back to the cruise ship. The boat driver answered yes to everything we asked so we couldn't really get any information out of him. He dropped one of us off at Medano Beach, started to drive away, and said he'd be back later, (" one hour, two hour, four hour") so the other 3 in our party stood up, took their life jackets off and made him drove back to the beach and drop them off. We had no idea that the tickets they gave us were not taxi ride tickets. (picture included) We were not sure we could get a water taxi ride back (no identifying information on the boat) or would have to pay again. We ended up walking the boardwalk around the marina back to the tender boat port which was nice, but took about 35 minutes. It was a very confusing, exhausting, and misleading day. As a aide note..... The absolute chaos and bombardment by all the high pressure sales in your face and on your body (yes, they would try to put an iguana on your shoulder so they could charge you) was a real challenge too. It was constant and so tiring.
