Wonderful experience - This was such an amazing experience! I loved the educational beginning and the guides were amazing! I was so happy to experience these little guys making their way to the ocean and I would do it again many times

Magical experience! - The Cabo Turtle Release tour was magical and the staff at Cabo Trek and Rancho Carisuva are incredible! We booked our tour for the same day we arrived in Cabo. Our flight was delayed and Pia made it possible for us to join the tour at the ranch and arranged transport back to our hotel after (with all our luggage). We are so grateful to her! The marine biologists were so knowledgeable and engaged with the kids on the tour. We would highly recommend this tour to families, couples or individuals who want a really special experience. Magical! - The sea turtle release was magical! Vanu was a great guide. Watching those tiny baby turtles struggle to reach the ocean really touched my heart. I recommend the turtle release for everyone ages 2-80!

Wonderful Experience, A MUST if you have time! - The turtle release was AMAZING. You get to learn about the turtles, their habitat, their threats and how this farm helps save all the eggs. I had no idea about the information we learned. They also have some horses, cats, donkeys, you can love on too. But this was very informational and honestly very beautiful to help life!

Just do it! - Where could I even begin with this release. It was purely magic! You could tell the staff and scientist had so much love and care for what they are doing and the impact they are trying to make on these amazing little turtles. Every one was great about including the kids and making the not so fun”talking” part interesting for them as well. Then we got to venture down to the water. I can’t even begin to explain how this was like a movie scene. From the tiny adorable olive Ridley turtles we got to set free on the sand for their adventure towards the surf to the back drop of the most breathtaking sunset and vibrant colors and get this, with whales blowing, fin slapping, and breaching off in the distance as they feasted. I can’t even think of a single thing they could have done better to get their message of love and information across better while making the experience totally enjoyable. Book this excursion. Book it every time you go because it is worth every peso!

Amazing experience! - If you love animals and nature, you will love this! It starts with lots of information about turtles, their sizes, their shells and more about the specific breed you’re helping release. Then you get to release your baby turtle (held in a bowl, not your hands) onto the sand and watch it make its way to the ocean. It was great to see nature up close like that and the staff were amazing. Very nice and very knowledgeable!

Fantastic opportunity to partipate in perpetuating the sea turtles! - Fantastic experience! It was fun releasing the turtles into the ocean! Cabo Outfitters did an excellent job providing a unique opportunity to participate in perpetuating the sea turtles. It's unique in the fact that you wonder how many will survive the next 10 years to come back and lay their egs.

10/10 recommend - All around, a great experience! The farm is so beautiful and we really enjoyed learning about sea turtles and releasing baby Olive Ridley sea turtles. The staff is fun, and location is gorgeous.

You will NEVER forget this experience! - First of all, if you are a fan of sea turtles this is a must for you. Do not second guess it; you must experience this. We arrived at Rancho Carisuva a little before sunset and received so much information from the marine biologists. Come to this event looking to learn because the amount of information is endless and mind-blowing! We were taught about the different types of sea turtles, learned about how turtles live and what prohibits them from increasing their population. We had the absolute honor of releasing Kemp's ridley sea turtles once the sun was set. There is a walk thru the ranch to the beach and I recommend wearing water shoes or simple flip-flops. Walking the beach with no shoes is great, but walking back thru the ranch shoe-less may bother a few! The sunset that we experienced made our hair stand up only to then be each given our own baby turtle to release! PLEASE listen to ALL rules that the marine biologists give you; don't touch, no lights, no flash cameras, no ringer/sound and be still! Watching the waves crash in, with the sunset, while watching so many babies make the trek to the ocean will make any turtle-lover tear up. I did this for my 40th birthday and I can only pray that I have the opportunity to do it many more times in the future. Cabo Trek is a small business and survives on us choosing them. The company is 5 star and we have done many excursions with them.

10/10 for families looking for an amazing turtle encounter - The experience was once in a lifetime. CaboTrek and their knowledgeable staff allowed us to learn about turtles and be part of their release, all in a way that was sacred and respectful of the animals. My six month old son joined us and loved seeing the turtles waddle into the sea.
