Fun Turtle Release for Young Children - Such a fun experience! Maria was our tour guide and she was really sweet and smart. She helped us a lot throughout the process and was very very nice. I recommend this company and if you can - use Maria! She was great. Thanks so much!

Well worth it! - The trip was super well organized and they had such a great team. When we went on our scheduled day, my daughter got terribly car sick (mostly because of traffic and long drive from our hotel to CaboTrek) and we had to leave before we got to the turtle hatchery. The team was super kind about it, Maria and Beatriz helped us catch an Uber back to the marina and hotel. They let my son and I come the next day and refunded the rest of our money without issue. Angelica led the turtle trip and did a fantastic job answering questions, taking pictures, and making it a meaningful trip overall. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!!! - This was an amazing experience!! We went in September and I'm still remembering our entire experience!! This is something my mom and I wanted to do and she passed away July 3rd, 2024. My husband did this with me and I'm certain I felt my mom's presence while we were on the beach releasing the precious babies!! What a wonderful experience and we will never forget it!!!

Magical turtle release experience! - I cannot recommend the Cabo Trek sea turtle release excursion enough! It’s perfect for families, couples, or solo adventurers looking to connect with the Baja California environment. Not only did we leave with unforgettable memories (and lots of amazing pictures), but we also gained a deeper appreciation for sea turtles and the Cabo ecosystem. Most importantly, we were reminded of everyone’s responsibility to protect these amazing animals and the environment. Turtle Release - Fantastic Tour with Cabo Trek - Two couples took the Turtle Release Tour with Cabo Trek on September 6th . The tour was fantastic. Our guide/transportation driver, Vanu, was terrific. She was very pleasant, great attitude and very knowledgeable in her field of study. We met at their offices, took the ride to Rancho Carisuva along Migrino Beach where the turtles are. They held an informative class, took a tour of their facilities, got a chance to visit with the burros and then on to the beach to release the turtles. It was a great evening releasing them and watching them head into the waves. I would highly recommend to anyone interest in marine life, especially families with children. This is the highlight of our 7-day stay in Cabo.

Wonderful - Such a beautiful experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by the marine biologist who was very knowledgeable and made sure we all understood the importance and life scan of the turtles. The experience and views were incredible.

Turtle release - Everything was great. Informative and organized the tour was. I would recommend it for everyone. It was amazing to see the effort put in to save the turtles

Lots for all ages 7 and up. - We had an informative, educational and down right fun time at the turtle release. It was fun to watch the turtles I released race my wife’s - who’s weren’t interested in much exersize. The sunset was out of this world as the last of the lazy boys were helped to the water.

Unforgettable experience in Cabo! - The turtle release was an amazing experience! We learned so much about the lifecycle of these beautiful creatures and why conservation efforts like these are so important. Vanusa (sp?) was our guide and she did a wonderful job explaining how few turtles actually make it to maturity due to predators both above and below the ocean's surface, and how the females (if they survive) will return to this same spot to lay eggs 25 years from now. Each of us got to release two (2) relatively newborn turtles back into the ocean (they were about 2 hours hours old) via "half shell" coconuts - you can't actually touch the babies with your hands unless you're wearing gloves. Can't recommend this excursion enough - very unique and made us feel like we were playing a very small part in ensuring the survival of these precious turtles. Not only do you get to release the turtles, but you get a fabulous sunset on the beach as well!
