A personal chef will prepare a sumptuous feast for you, including:\n\nFresh fish ceviche adorned with avocado and radish.\nArugula salad (cherry tomatoes, grapes, orange, goat cheese with a sweet mustard dressing)\nToday’s catch encased in a parmesan and herb crust, served with cauliflower puree, mint, and char-grilled vegetables.\nClassic tres leches cake served with a berry coulis.\n\nThe service encompasses the chef, ingredients, meal preparation, and cleanup, as well as a waiter/bartender for 4 hours - a minimum of 6 guests is required. Gratuity is not included. \n\nSimply relax and allow us to transform your dinner into a memorable occasion.
