Closest thing to a “Jurassic Park” Experience - What a unique and fun experience! I would highly recommend for the company and expertise of Ivana and her cousin alone! What they are doing there is really one-of-kind. I loved the crocodile cage dive with Rex! It felt like being in Jurassic Park! A very modern design and well kept facility. I won’t give away anymore spoilers. Go see what they’re about.

Large & impersonal, overpriced - The overall experience felt a little too commercialized and impersonal. It was definitely more about quantity than quality at this place. After getting off a large bus, there was nobody to greet us and tell us where to go. You wander into the building and get into a long line, hoping you are in the right place. With it being both ATVs and Camels, we had no way of knowing if there were two location for checking in. After a long wait, had to pay the additional $25 per person for the “park entrance fee”. Which we knew about ahead of time, but funny enough we later asked our guide which park it was, and he said it was not a park, but rather a public beach. Then they also make you pay $40 for insurance (either that or put a $750 hold on your credit card)—this felt very backhanded and coerced, leaving you no real choice in the matter. Then they wouldn’t let you bring your phones with you, which I somewhat get, but of course the pictures they took were extremely overpriced. Because the check-in process was so slow, it turned dark on us during the tour. The sunset during the ATV ride was nice, but we had to ride the camels in the dark and could not do the photo session with them after the ride. And then the second half of our ATV ride was also in the dark. Our guide (Diego) was decent enough, but he was surprised that there was no safety wrist strap in our ATV for the passenger (my wife). He seemed a little concerned, but then just blew it off. I wasn’t that worried, the wrist strap would only be needed for a rollover accident. But then he later discovered that the headlights in our ATV were not working, which again concerned him. Rather than arrange for someone to bring us a replacement ATV, he again just blew it off. We had to ride the second half of the tour in complete darkness, doing our best to navigate the trails using the headlights of the other ATVs in our group (the one behind us and the one ahead of us). It was definitely shady/dangerous and should not have been allowed! The camel pictures were not the greatest because they were in the dark. When we finished, one guy was helping us with purchasing their expensive photos, he quoted us a price of $109. Then he left to help someone else, and a woman came over to help us, and she quoted us a price of $89. When the original guy returned he seemed a little upset when we told him the $89 price. Definitely felt like the whole picture operation was a big money-making scam. Definitely overpriced, paying $89/$109 for a handful of digital pics downloaded to your phone! For the return ride in a van, the driver stopped at a nearby resort to let off another couple. He motioned for us (the last couple) to get out as well. We again told him the name of our resort, which was two resorts over and about a 1/2-mile away. But he again (seemingly annoyed now) motioned for us to get out. So we exited and began our 1/2-mile walk, he clearly saw us not walking into that resort’s lobby, but instead walking away from the resort towards the next resort down the beach. Again, this tour all felt very much impersonal, just herding cattle through their large operation to make the most money possible. The other three Viator tours we did while in Cabo on this trip were all small groups and great.
