Phenomenal Food & Fun Experience - Extremely fun & joyous cultural experience. Great group of 12. Everyone had a wonderful time during our hands on, informative market tour & cooking class. We learned how to make delicious margaritas, a luscious red adobo pepper sauce, fabulous guacamole & tomato salsa, skewers of pork grilled over mesquite. Dessert was warm, freshly made churros. Great music provided by Chef Issi’s brother, delightful & friendly family run business where all members participated to create a memorable afternoon. One caveat: don’t eat breakfast beforehand & you won’t want dinner!

Terrific time - So much fun...probably the highlight of our vacation to Cabo. We had a great time shopping, cooking, and eating. There were 6 of us who were the guests, so the guide took us to cook the food at his house. We met his family and everyone was so pleasant and nice. We made chile rellenos, margaritas, salsa...Would love to do again.

Wonderful cultural and food experience - If you want to see, smell, taste Cabo then you must do this. Carolena was very welcoming and fun! She took us to shop at the local markets for the ingredients to cook our meal. Since we were a small group we went to her brother’s beautiful home to prepare and cook! Learned how to make margaritas, salsas, chili rellenos, corn tortillas, guacamole and then sat together to enjoy the fruits of our labor. A professional, safe and extremely fun experience! I highly recommend!

Loved the experience - A very enjoyable class. Well run. Great support from a cast of people. We enjoyed trips to a tortilla shop, fish market, and produce market then returned to the restaurant to cook. Everyone got to participate including making our own margaritas. Issi was our chef - very informative, friendly, and well organized. I would recommend.

Unforgettable experience in Cabo! - Amazing experience!!!! Issi (y su esposa) was an amazing guide! This experience is all-encompassing: you learn history, shop for some of the ingredients, and prepare the food alongside strangers that quickly turn to friends over food. We went on a Monday and made mole - soooo good!! I highly recommend this excursion! Souvenir included (chefs apron)

One Of The Best - We love this activity so much that it's always part of our itinerary! This was our 3rd time to book, and as always it did not disappoint. Chef Carolina picked us up at the meet up point and took us shopping for our Birria imgredients-veggie store, meat market, tortilla house. Once we arrived at her house (yes, that's right), she got us busy squeezing limes for some margaritas. Then we became souf chefs for the day-curtimg and chopping, braising, and, of course, tasting. Yummo! If you want a hands on, authentic experience, this one's for you. They post on their Tripadvisor what dish they are doing each day, so you can choose what meets the demands of your taste buds and culinary curiosity. In our 3 experiences we've done paella, mole, and Birria. At the end of your time, the chefs give you access to the recipe for the dishes you've prepared.
