Perfect - I was nervous about this experience as I’m not a strong swimmer. It was easy finding where to check-in. Luis picked us up and we were the only ones on the boat. He asked if we wanted to snorkel or go view the arch first. We chose the arch. He gave us the snorkeling gear and asked if we wanted to be dropped off by the rock or close to the beach. I have Raynaud’s syndrome so the temperature of the water was something I worried about. We chose to get dropped off by the beach. The water was too cold for me to snorkel, but we had fun just sitting on the beach. When Luis came back to get us an hour later, another group asked if they could catch a ride back with us to the marina. Luis had no problem with that. It worked out in our favor because our resort was close to the marina. Luis was friendly and funny! Definitely would recommend.

Amazing experience - It’s a bit cumbersome to find, but we found it on the first try, just go down by the hotels and ask any of the tour guys standing on the beach for the name on your ticket reservation and they’ll point you to them. They really don’t give you any instructions just snorkels and go, but I found it amazing cause if you have your camera, you’ll get some amazing underwater pictures. Just as shown on the advertisement. Loved the experience. Would do it again!

Unorganized tour - Do not book on a time crunch! Tour was supposed to go from 9 to 10:45. Our hotel check out was at 11. No one even showed up on the beach with us until 9:15, we didn’t get on a boat until 9:45 after asking several times, and we didn’t get in the water until after 10:06 and we told them to be back by 10:30. What should’ve been an hour of snorkeling was about 20 minutes. The boat that eventually picked us up had a tour group already on that wasn’t snorkeling with us, it seemed they pulled a random boat from their fleet to get us since we were asking to get the tour started. Very unorganized and the tour guides spoke very little English, which made it difficult.
The snorkeling was beautiful, the boat ride was beautiful, the water temp in early September was absolutely perfect, the tour guide on the boat was nice and we saw tons of fish. We just wish we could’ve taken our time and enjoyed it rather than being stressed and behind the whole time. Definitely didn’t go as expected.

Crowded - Told them to pick us up in an hour and we waited an extra hour to get picked back up. No o e told us to get the name of our boat so we had no idea what boat we were on. Ect. Crowded and hard to swim and snorkel on account of all the people. Tour was great snorkeling with 100 other people not so fun.

Very disorganized! - Map directions did not lead to starting point which had to be hunted for several hotels down the beach. Parking cost $100 pesos per hour!

Not what was expected - We're were dropped off on a tiny crowded beach with snorkel gear. And asked when we wanted to be picked up. So we basically paid 100$ for a water taxi. This wasn't not explained to us or in the description when we booked. Very disappointing to say the least.

Scam, do not use this App. - This App is a Scam. First, they have no idea about the local travel company. No communication. We booked a snorkeling trip but the local company even didn't arrange it. Then the local company sold us to another local company with a very poor qiluality. Guided snorkeling trip become a water taxi. Do not use!!

Confusing - Unfortunately, the meeting location it said to meet at was “Me by Melia hotel.” No one knew where we were supposed to go, no one would answer the phone number that was listed on the information page and the people at the Bell desk sent us to a completely different area. We missed the experience and were there 30min ahead of time getting turned in circles..
