Clear boat tour to El Arco in Cabo San Lucas - Great boat tour to see all the colorful fishes and the Arch. Our tour guide Nacho was excellent and took many great photographs for our group.

Best customer service - We had booked tour for 19 people . We were coming from cruise and due to Cabo not having cruise port , you need to take water taxi from cruise ship to port. Due to above logistics we missed our booked tour time. They were so accommodating to us and made reservations to go at a later time. Best services ever. Nacho our tour guide was nice in explaining the Cabo coastline history .

Would definitely recommmend this excursion - Book with Envatours through the viator app and everything was perfect! Transportation to and from the marina. Out tour guide and captain were amazing. Would definitely recommend this company for the clear boat excursion. The boat is fully transparent. We recommend going in the morning, less boats and calmer water. We got to see fish and the coral reef below us, just off the coast, on our way to view the arch in Cabo . The ride through the marina is a sight to see! Huge private yachts, pirate ship, sea lions and we saw a puffer fish. Our guide spoke English well and had some fun informative facts about the area. Worth it. We saw a humpback : on the way back! What a lucky day. We also saw a sea lion get on the back of a boat for a treat. Good experience. Good introduction to cabo.

Excellent , well organized ! - Excellent, well organized ! Highly recommend adding pick up from hotel so that it’s easy to reach and have ample time for sure seeing too after the boat ride.

Fun moments - Reserved this before we got to Mexico. Great price for such a neat experience, wasn’t just a glass bottom, but the whole boat! They seat 6 passengers , and have a photographer/ guide who can answer most questions. Photos were not over priced and the quality was beautiful. They airdrop them to your phone when you do purchase them. Fun moments

Not as good as it seemed from other reviews. - We left about 20 mins late and unfortunately missed the sunset we were hoping to see. Showing a tip jar around the boat at the end was in bad taste. The tour didn’t even quite go the full hour, but because we left so late it was dark anyway. $50 for the photos was also a disappointment.

Stay away from the photos and you’ll be fine - The tour portion was actually pretty great and very reasonably priced. You can see schools of different fish through the bottom of the boat at the few spots they stop on the way to the Arch. I was even fine with the multiple reminders to tip towards the end of the tour. It was the part where we got off the boat and sold us pictures that left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I had to take a call so I left my spouse to select the pictures, but by the time I had returned the deal was done. We had another tour lined up so hopped on the cab shortly thereafter, at which point she told me that the only three options were $172, $163 and around $150 (around because this option wasn’t fully explained bc the guide discouraged her from it and said it wasn’t worth explaining) and so she bought the most expensive one because it was the least of three evils. I was in disbelief at the amount so I checked with the tour operator if those were the only options, and they said they stood by their rates given the process, professionalism and high quality. Mind you, none of the pictures were level and I was primed to pay $58 or so by the other reviews, but if I was told that I had to pay $172 for 5 prints and digital photos I would have thought it a joke and walked away. This type of pricing for tour pictures is unheard of in Tokyo, Dubai, NYC or Monaco for that matter.

Nit worth you time or money - The guys were good. We only spent 5 minutes trying to find and see the fish. They were late to pick us up. They changed my pickup time and event time. Not a good experience. I do not recommend this!

Not Like the Pictures - Arch sight seeing cruise was disappointing. Passengers were required to wear hot life jackets 99% of the time. The pictures posted do not show this. Water was very rough and crowded with lots of other boats that were closer to the arch and blocking the view. The worst part was the “guide” was taking pictures non-stop and we felt pressured to buy afterwards. It was also very difficult to understand the guide. We found it strange to be asked for tips before the boat arrived back at the marina. A tip jar was passed. This should have been done when the tour concludes.
