Fantastic evening!!! - Wow wow wow. What an amazing night. There is not a single thing I can criticise. Both Kieron and Craig and all the other staff are very knowledgeable , professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they just want you to have the best night, which I guarantee you will. From start to finish we had just the best night and learned so much, I’ll never look at the nights sky in the same way again. Something you see every night and take for granted is actually breathtaking and will blow your mind. And you will have the photos to prove it ( all included) Nature at its finest. Watching the sun go down below the rolling pink clouds with a glass of bubbles and then on to the amazing telescopes with hot chocolate and warm coats. You want for nothing. The team are a well oiled machine and run like clockwork. If only all tours could be like this.

Informative event, gladly again. - We find astrophysics very exciting and therefore decided to go on the tour. Our initial concern that it would become a rather stupid tourist trap has not been confirmed at all. The telescopes were very high quality, the organizer himself is even an astrophysicist and trained his staff really well, especially Sonja and Roland were very nice and competent. That night there was a lot of explanation about red giants, we looked at Jupiter, Moon, Saturn and Seven Stars through the telescope. For each point there was detailed expertise, e.g. Why the planet's surface looks the way it looks and much more. We also looked at signs of the zodiac, so astrology fans also got their money's worth. I also found it impressive how many satellites could be seen, which you cannot see under normal conditions because of the light pollution. The tour was extremely well organized and thought was given to the physical well-being of the participants. At sunset there was sparkling wine and O-juice, at stargazing there was hot cocoa and thick jackets for everyone, only the dinner was rather less good (but giving a point deduction for this does not do the whole event justice). We will definitely come back.

To the stars and beyond! - Wow! This is a really unique and special once in a lifetime experience. The guides are really professional and passionated about what they do. The sunset was amazing and the star gazing was so gorgious. They give you a view in our galaxy as you've never seen before. I would recommend this tour highly. The windbreaker jackets they had at hand were very welcome as it was chilly on the vulcano at night. (December). And don't worry like us if it's a clouded sky since you'll be above the clouds! Thanks for this wonderful experience. WOW!

Stargazing, sunset photos, and interesting companions. Highly recommend. - Our first time in Tenerife and our first organised tour here. A great chance to see some of the island in comfort and to go to 2000ft above the coast into Mt. Tiede National Park. Highlights - the sunset above the clouds and being in an area with the environment of how I imagine a moon crater to be. Slight dissatisfaction - the meal wasn't great but edible. It did give a chance to chat with some of our travel companions, and they were very interesting. We were collected in the La Caleta area - first pick-up on the very comfortable large bus. We were then driven around the other localities to pick up other passengers. Eventually, after about an hour, we drove along the coast and up into the mountains where we stopped for our meal. Afterwards, we drove above the clouds to see an amazing sunset. Note - it gets noticeably colder as you go higher. The tour operators warn of this, so be prepared. After this stop, we went further into the park to wait for darkness and to see some of the planets using a choice of 3 very powerful telescopes. Just seeing the stars above with the naked eye was amazing. Ozzie, our tour guide, turned out to be amazingly knowledgeable about astronomy and gave a wonderful explanation about the movement of stars that even I could understand. It was 5 degrees outside in the dark, but felt colder, and we were outside for quite a while, but this was an experience that we both thoroughly enjoyed. We also had the option of getting some professional pictures taken. We felt that these photos represented good value, and we will treasure them and the moments in time for many years to come. Our trip started at 14:45 and we were dropped back at approx. 21:30. A great day out and good value for money. Thanks to all involved.

A great experience - The stargazing was a great experience and was very memorable. The team took time to make sure that everyone had an opportunity to look through the telescopes and explained what we were seeing. The night sky was amazing and we learned a lot. Kieran has great knowledge and the team were all very friendly and helpful. The food was poor quality. We had grilled pork and chicken, a few potatoes and a small amount of sauce. The dessert was a small piece of frozen chocolate cake. Plenty of drink options were provided. We were expecting a much smaller group at this price. There were 4 telescopes and the team did spend time with everyone, but there were around 60 people on the night that we went, so you did have to wait around to use the telescopes. Coats were provided and were needed. We met the team in our own car and the communication regarding the meeting points was excellent. Overall a good experience, but the food could be much better and I would have preferred a smaller group experience.

Quite unique experience - More like a nice night. The meal is taken before the activity, around 18:00 in winter. To anticipate. The meal is without fuss and taken collectively. It could be a little more qualitative but it allows to get to know the group and the cuisine is pretty good. To be honest, we went there for the stars not the schnitzel. The sunset spot is pretty good. Especially with a glass of champagne, it passes cream ^^ The colors are beautiful. But take your down jackets and après ski, we're going upstairs, the organizers have planned it and it's very appreciable. The spot to see the stars is also by the roadside and it's a bit of a shame. On the other hand their equipment allows to get a little closer to the stars and the team of animator sound enthusiasts.

Trip has been cancelled - Unfortunately the trip was cancelled, which I like when the weather is bad. The money was back in the account super quickly.
