The naval museum inside houses sea maps and models of these island-crafted ships.

The Castle of Santa Catalina, a historically significant fortress on the route to the Americas.

The iconic Balconies, which represent one of the finest collections of traditional Canarian balconies, with special mention to the double balconies designed for house ventilation.

Authentic experience tour - Highly recommended! The two guides were able to create awesome and authentic experience, with all the general info and also their personal stories related to the eruption (including photos, videos). We could see the real impact on life and nature after the eruption as guides explained everything very well. Before the end of the tour we had very delicious, generous traditional Canarian cusine lunch, they definitely know how to treat their customers <3 Salad, grilled cheese, Canarian potatoes, fish and dessert + wine. Before we booked the tour we were a bit concerned if its worth the money, but in the end it was worth every cent spent! I would go again if I had the opportunity.

Great experience - We had a great time. La Palma island itself exceeded our expectations. The organization and the guide made this experience even better. The bus is comfy, driver is very professional. We’re happy we went with the tour instead of just going there ourselves. This is the best way to get a taste of the island.

Excellent trip - Fantastic trip, excellent guide Rosie, very knowledgable, nice coach, great driver. Very good value, lovely food and drink in beautiful positioned restaurant. The new volcano and destruction from lava has to be seen and cannot be described by word or pictures. Very worth while trip, highly recommended

LaPalma Volcano experience - Definitely a must see, a must choose tour. This was fantastic one day tour from Tenerife to La Palma. We saw what Tajogaite Volcano on Cumbre Vieja did to the island. You will experience a full power of nature in this tour. I recommended this tour to anybody. I wish all the best to the Rosie (I'm not sure in spelling), our wonderfull tour lady.

Wonderful experience - Excellent trip , the guide was very informative and being a resident at the time of the eruption she was able to give us information from a personal point of view. The lunch was acceptable for the cost of the trip. All in all a very good tour

Exploratory volcano tour - Beautiful excursion with expert explanations from guide Rosi in 4 languages, giving us a view of the green island. In a luxury coach with driver Franci we visited the affected area of the volcanic eruption, which gives us an idea of that devastating force of nature. The time in Santa Cruz de Palma could have been a little longer. Highly recommended!

Well worth trip to see Vulcano!!! 🥰 - First of all I've got a fright when at the ferry terminal couldn't find the guide. Phu,he appiered a wee bit latter and my day was saved.:-) The ferry was huge with lots of places to pick to sit, offered nice cold and hot refreshments( for extra cost. ) The Las Palmas is an amazing island, beutiful with nature and interesting history. The guide on the bus was well knowledged and answered to all questions! She was born in this island so knew it very well! That was very helpful building up the interest of the history. Couple viewing stops to take breathtaking pictures,VERY tasty lunch with wine included (charge free) made day fulfilled. The only thing I think I missed is wee shopping. I know we stopped at some market but I prefer some souvenir shop to bring something to remember the island back home. I would like to say bid thank you to the driver who brought us back safe to the ferry after such a narrow and wavy roads! It made my heart sink in some places passing! And of course the best of the best it was Vulcano! Who erupted 2021 and it's still the youngest VULCANO in whole Spain. Overall the trip was stunning and I will strongly advise to go and visit Las Palmas! You will never get option to be so close to fresh lava flow! Amazing! 😍

Mediocre - Long transfer on ferry (3 hrs) which was rough…. Told to get there for 07:30 but guide didn’t turn up till 7:45 (thought we had missed it ) tour was ok but thought we had booked an English speaking tour which this wasn’t - it was muti-national with the guide translating everything into 6 different languages which took forever and meant very little information. The food st the restaurant was ok but only if you liked fish, we didn’t get to see the waterfall we were led to believe we would see….

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISHONEST management of Get Holiday CEO Basso Lanzone and his colleague Roberta - the organizors! - The Get Holiday management Basso Lanzone and his employee acted UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DISHONEST. Below is my explain what was wrong: 1. We got wrong information about their arrival time at the harbour in Los Cristianos to start the tour, the informatin which came from their digital agent GetYourGuide, the booking platform. So they were late and they did not want to give their names and admit the their faul. 2. The CEO by name Basso Lanzone did not have the yellow T-shirt as it was descrid in instructions and started partronizing us without listening to us properly. He ordered us to stay at one point and wait for his guide in yellow shirt and he would bring the ferry tickets. We tried to explain that the voucher we got from his digital agent had wrong information, starting with the name of the destination (it was written La Palmas instead of La Palma). The instruction was wrong, since it said that we should be at place/at harbour and change voucher into ticket at Fred Olsen ticket office at Los Cristanos Harbour at 7.30. It did not say anything that the guide would do it for us at the harbour. Basso Lanzone arrived at 7.45 and his colleague Roberta at 7.55. He clearly overreacted and acted the macho way towards us, the two middle aged ladies. He said he would cancel our trip and we would not go on the trip, because he decides. We were already in the harbour and drove long way to participate in this trip. Then he refused to pay our money back, which is over 300€! His colleague Roberta was screaming all the time and they both claimed that the wrong information we got while we booked and pay the trip was our problem but not their responsibility. 3. At the end other participants got their tickets and went on the ferry to La Palma while we stayed and tried to figure out with Basso Lanzone and Roberta about their names and responsibilities, since at this point they refused to tell us their names. Basso's English was not so good and Roberta spoke even poorer English. We feel that Get Holiday violated our consumer rights and their CEO Basso Lanzone acted macho and offending way as well his clleague Roberta acted very rude. If they just listened and tried to be service minded this bad experience could be avoided. We think it is important to protect our consumer rights and tell the truth about the rude behavior from the Get Holiday management towards us.
