The cocktail class was top-notch, very informative. Willow, the bar tender, was incredible, she really her knew everything that we’d ever want to know about bourbon, and made it a whole experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to have a good time.

Willow is an excellent host and provided lots of history of their bourbon. Class was well organized and clean. Cocktails were delicious. We had an excellent time!!

Even more fun than the classic distillery tours and more inclusive for members of our group that don't enjoy bourbon neat. Plus we got to learn cocktail recipes we can re use on our own!

Enjoyed atmosphere, our mixologist, Morgan, was very knowledgeable and patient with our crazy crew! Drinks were delicious and will definitely be scheduling another experience!

Although we didn't sign up that way, our class was private; just the three of us and the bartender. Prohibition is a VERY small outfit. It's got a cool, upscale warehouse feel. We didn't do a tour, only the class, but walked through their barrel storage area. We got to sample several of their spirits (gin, vodka, Nulu whiskey, tequila). They don't distill anything on site, but they seem to age it there. We made three cocktails: Old Fashioned, Margarita and a Sazerac. All of them excellent. We poured, stirred, soaked, muddled, and strained all our own drinks, and learned the tricks of each step. Warning: it's only a 75 minute class, and you are being served three full drinks, and tastes of several other spirits. It's a fun, unique experience, even if it were to be shared with others as intended. I highly recommend this as a break from the "traditional" bourbon trail offerings of tastings, tours, etc.

The class was fun and I learned a lot about cocktails, not just the ones we made. Our mixologist did a great job of passing on the information and her expertise.

This class was incredibly fun! Loved learning how to make the different cocktails! I learned to make my two favorite cocktails and plan on purchasing the equipment to make them at home. Our teacher was awesome, she was very super fun and it was really an enjoyable experience.
