- Confirmation of Reservation
After booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or message with all the details of your journey, including:
- Driver information (name, phone number, and vehicle type).
- Pick-up date and time.

Airport Pick-up:
Upon arrival at the airport, the driver will be waiting for you in the designated area (often inside the arrivals hall, with a sign displaying your name). If your flight is delayed, our drivers will monitor your flight in real-time to adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost.

The driver will arrive at the agreed time at the address provided during booking. In case of delay, the driver will attempt to contact you via the phone number given.
- The Journey
Once aboard the vehicle, the driver will transport you to your destination in optimal conditions. The ride will be comfortable and secure. The driver will ensure to follow the fastest and most suitable routes, considering traffic conditions.
- Arrival at Destination
Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at the exact agreed location (in front of the hotel, airport, or other destination address). If you have booked transport for a return flight, the driver will be waiting for you at the specified time for the journey to the airport.
- Return (if applicable)
Airport Pick-up for Return:
The driver will monitor your flight to adjust the pick-up time in case of delay. Once arrived, they will meet you in the designated waiting area (often near the baggage exit or at a specific meeting point). The return process follows the same steps as the initial pick-up: board the vehicle, travel to your destination, and drop off at the agreed location.
