Don't miss this if you're going to Luanda - We had a very knowledgeable guide with excellent English who despite the rain helped us enjoy an amazing City Tour. One of the best day tours so far in Africa.

Great half-day tour in and around Luanda - Ivone was a terrific guide. The tour was fantastic despite the rain. We enjoyed all the stops, especially the scenic view she described as Mini Bryce Canyon. The fortress was great as we're all the stops.

Amazing scenery - Clara was an amazing guide! Well worth the trip. The information and sights we went to were very interesting and surprising. An amazing place to visit. Felt safe the whole time.

Highlights of Luanda and countryside - It was a well organized tour and Joshua was a very personable tour guide. We came off a cruise ship and were able to seethe main sites in about 4 hours.

City tour? It’s more. - The initial trip to the first stop, which is a cliff and overview of the ocean took over an hour from Lawanda. We stopped in all the city sites on the way back. So just be aware that this is not strictly a city tour. Our guide was fabulous and the driver did a wonderful job navigating multiple street closures due to the visit of Joe Biden the day that we were there.

Great guide and great tour in Luanda - This was a very nice tour of the city of Luanda with a great guide who spoke very good English. They picked us up at the port and delivered us safely back and on time. Our guide offered us historical and cultural information and even helped us negotiate items at the market. A very enjoyable day.

Enjoyable intro to Luanda - The tour gave us a good insight into Luanda and the surrounding area. It was well organised with refreshments and snacks provided. Toilet facilities were sparse and basic - not for the squeamish! Our tour guide was friendly, great communicator and gave good responses to questions, we felt a planned narrative for each stop and whilst travelling would have been useful. Shout out for our driver too - felt safe and in good hands. An enjoyable tour.

Good tour, but disappointed in not seeing all attractions. - This would have been an amazing tour if President Joe Biden's visit didn't snarl traffic and close attractions. We didn't get to see the African Slave Museum, the Iron Palace, nor the 2 street stops.
The Moonscape, President's monument, and the Fort Museum were worth it. I would recommend this tour on any regular day. I just had bad luck!

The tour was not what we expected based on the description provided. - The Luanda Grand Canyon was interesting but the 1&1/2 hour ride there and back was unacceptable.
The time at the Mausoleum was not necessary
The art museum was closed and we had only 15-20 minutes at the market.
The time could have been better spent at the Military Museum.
