Gai Artisan Candles - Workshop Luangprabang
Highly recommended to walk, ride bicycle or motorbike to the Old French Bridge only 5 minutes from the city center. Continue to the junction and turn right about 200 meters. We are located inside the paper factory and next to Tao Hai Temple. *No car and Tuk Tuk are allowed to cross this bridge.

Impressive candles workshop in Laungprabang - It hards to find such thing like this in Laungprabang to spend pleasing time with your own customise aroma candle making. I feel very enjoyable and you can understand more with different kind of candles and I love the ideas of cute packaging. Will be back again.

The amazing workshop that shouldn't miss in Luang Prabang! - That's a wonderful activity to do in Luang Prabang that not far from the inner city, we got the amazing experience of making the candle light that we explored for our own scents that imagined for and designed! 😀 As well as a host! She is such amazing women that creates this place to be such a lovely one! Recommend for craft lovers and the seekers for amazing experience! 😉

Amazing and special experience! Highly recommend! - Gai was simply lovely! She was friendly and very very kind. She went above and beyond to make the experience special. This was truly lovely, you get to create a personal scent and make a candle, that’s a very special souvenir that will remind me of Laos! Absolutely loved it!!! Gai also was very friendly, picked me up, dropped me off and also showed me spots in the town that I wouldn’t have known otherwise! Absolutely loved it!!! Thank you so much for your kindness!!! :)

Fun, calming experience that exceeded my expectations - The candle making class was fantastic. There was a very peaceful and serene atmosphere right from the beginning- the facilities are new and clean, with nice garden views and air conditioning to keep out the heat. Lee was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process very clearly and was happy to spend time helping us get the mix of scents just right. I was impressed by how sophisticated the scent mixing and candle making process was, compared to other classes I have been to where there is limited guidance on how to do this correctly. Making the tea was a really fun addition, and it was nice that we got to mix up different types of tea to make our own flavour. I would recommend this class to groups and solo travellers alike.

A peaceful oasis - This was a real highlight of our trip to Luang Prabang. Mr Lee was the perfect host, informative, relaxed, funny and diplomatic in his scent responses. The air conditioning, peaceful music, very clean and serene environment made the perfect backdrop for such an enjoyable morning creating our own individual signature scent, and being guided through the science and art of candle making. As they set, we were shown how to wash, open and steep our own choice of tea blends. Mr Lee picked fresh flowers from the garden to adorn our plate - which was such a beautiful touch. I could not recommend this experience more highly 🙂💕💛

An amazing experience at Gai artisans candle making class - The tour was absolutely amazing, Lee was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the scents and how to assemble the candle. He also helped us make our very own laotian tea which we enjoyed together with some biscuits. The vibes were immaculate and peaceful with air conditioning as well. Would highly recommend!

Loved it! - My friend and I absolutely loved the class. Our guide was super informative and very nice. The shop was so cute and quaint! We love the smell of our candles we made and loved how we could paint our boxes as well!

Fantastic unique experience for solo or groups! - This workshop was fantastic! The design and setup of everything is so well done, down to the finest details. Such a picturesque workshop. Lee who leads the workshop was amazing, we had a great chat while enjoying our local tea as the candles set. It was such a fun and unique experience - HIGHLY recommend! Also it is indoors with AC :)
