Amazing!!! Great way to experience luang prabang - I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this one. Absolutely amazing way to experience Luang Prabang. My tour guide Aping was amazing so glad I was your first Aussie tourist. So professional and just really great to chat to. Tour takes you to places I would not have found on my own. The food was amazing!! I do recommend that if you can do this trip with other people it was so much food for one person I don’t need to eat for the next few days of my trip

Good food and fun - Pa was a great guide! We went by tuk-tuk to 3 different locations enjoying Lao hot pot, a local night market and the popular night market with far more food than I could eat! We tried so many dishes I lost count and as much beer and beverages as you could drink. A fun introduction to Lao food and plenty to try.

Cool way to discover some hidden local food places - The guide Aping was very nice and professional. She showed me some hidden local places that I would never find on my own. She also explained how to make the different dishes and was very friendly. Thank you Aping for the great experience!

An enjoyable evening with... - An enjoyable evening with Amy, whose English is excellent learning about the various fruits and vegetables in the market. The hotpot was the highlight of the evening. We then stopped at 2 other areas, one full of tourists and the other not so. It was a very informative and tasty evening. If you want a guide who speaks excellent English, I would suggest you request Amy as your guide.

Luang Prabang food by night. I enjoyed the food. We went for dessert where many locals were eating - I celebrated New Year’s Eve with my guide,Aping. Aping speaks lovely English and is very informative. We ate at a local restaurant in a neighborhood I had never seen. It was delicious and a wonderful experience and good conversation.

Coconut Pancakes 🤤 - Evening food tour by tuk tuk was great! SO much food, more than we could manage so bring your appetites. Pha was an amazing host, very kind and knowledgeable about the culture and food. Options available for dietary restrictions. The mini coconut pancakes in the Night Market were BANGIN. Also… lots of drinks along the way. Overall, very generous food tour. Enjoy!

Amazing guide! (Bing) - Our guide (Bing) was amazing. Very friendly, tailored it to our self and could not help more. Teaching us about local life and helping us learn the language. Highly recommended and thanks for a great night.

just go to the night market unless you’re exceptionally brave - The description of this tour is exceptionally misleading. We took a tuktuk along only main roads (no side-streets or alleyways) and went to a handful of street food vendors which each had the same selection of particularly old-looking food, often with flies around and lukewarm at best. It felt like there was a very real chance of food-borne illness at every stage, moreso than any of the other food tours we’ve done in SEA. Other than the coconut pancakes, which were very tasty, none of the food in the description was available. No grilled meat, rice noodles or fruit drinks. We were never offered any descriptions of how the food was made etc from the descriptions and often when we asked questions our guide wasn’t able to even tell us what the food was. Our guide was very friendly and gave some great recommendations about things to do in the area. We felt bad for him that we neither ate much of the food nor were particularly engaged guests, but upon reflection we were overall pretty disappointed that the tour was very far from expectations.
