we will make every day a different activity: on MONDAY we will make A TYPICAL MENU FROM LUCCA, we will cook some typical dishes and then we will eat together what we have cooked. On TUESDAY we will make two types of TYPICAL LUCCA’S CAKES which are Torta d’erbi lucchese and Castagnaccio. On WEDNESDAY we will make PASTA, two different types of pasta that are very typical of Lucca in Tuscany, they will knead with their hands the pasta dough and then at the end we will eat everything. On THURSDAY the travelers will make the real natural Italian GELATO, they are going to find out differences between ice cream and gelato, how to make the recipe, the history of gelato and then they will make two different flavors and of course we will taste everything. On FRIDAY we will make the typical flatbread from Florence called “SCHIACCIATA” that is usually eat with cheese and salami as a snack or a complete meal, at the end of the cooking class we will eat our schiacciata with Tuscan different type of salami and cheese. THE TRAVELER CAN CHOOSE TO MAKE ONE ACTIVITY OF THE WEEK OR TO DO TWO OR MORE COOKING CLASSES, THE PRICE IS FOR ONE COOKING CLASS.
