Great afternoon in Lucca. - Sara was great. We got so much history of Lucca from her which made being there all the more interesting. When we stopped for refreshments, she never hurried us. A fun way to see Lucca. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and tasty tour of charming Lucca - Our guide Sara was very informative and very friendly! She is knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. This tour gave us even more of an appreciation for how charming Lucca is. We enjoyed some aperitif and at the end of the tour got gelato from the oldest gelato shop in Lucca. 😋

Perfect day in Lucca - We are so glad we did this tour. We are a family of 4 with young teens. Our guide, Luca, was exceptional. He gave us insight into Lucca- its history, interesting facts, and people that we would not have gotten otherwise. He was accommodating to our food preferences and flexible. The biking was very easy and manage for anyone who can ride a bike. It was an awesome way to see this beautiful city and Luca was a wonderful guide to do it with.

A great way to see the unique and beautiful city of Lucca! - My husband and I were in Tuscany to run the marathon in Florence. We wanted to see and explore Lucca, but with the marathon in 2 days, we didn't want to spent too much time on our feet and fatigue our legs - biking around the city seemed like a good solution! When I checked the website, there was not a Bikes & Bites tour being offered that day, but I sent an email and within 24 hours I had reply saying they could accommodate a tour the day we would be in town! The morning of the tour we met up with our guide Luca at an extremely easy to find location, and after a brief introduction as to what to expect, we were off! The tour was exactly what we had hoped for - a quick overview of the city within the walls, a ride along the walls and stops for lunch, a dessert and coffee. We really enjoyed spending time and getting to know our guide Luca and he even indulged us in letting us practice some of our Italian. If you're in Luca for a day or even several days this tour was an excellent introduction to the city, I highly recommend!

Outstanding family day in Lucca with Chiara - We had an outstanding day with Chiara. Our group was three generations including grandparents and young children. We decided to do the “cart” tour so our younger children didn’t have to pedal thru the city. Couldn’t have worked better! Chiara was knowledgeable and a great host. Lots of cities and day trips in Tuscany but I would definitely recommend Lucca. It did not disappoint!

We loved Luca, many thanks to Marta for educating us to the history of the city. - Marta, the tour guide was phenomenal… full of knowledge and enthusiasm. We learned about the 3 churches and the changes and expansion of the wall through the periods of history. The bites were much appreciated, as well as the gelato and wine. I discovered my favorite from Marta’s recommendation…. black cherry. Bike riding was the only way you could see the whole walled city in a few hours. Lots of good exercise, as well as an education. Thank you.

A delicious and interesting ride around Lucca! - This experience far exceeded our expectations! Besides the beautiful scenery, and delicious “ bites” along the way, our guide was SO knowledgeable about the area. Marta shared so many interesting stories about Lucca and its landmarks, and we thoroughly enjoyed our ride around the city walls.

Fun Adventure Biking Through Lucca - Chiara was such a delightful guide on our Bike Tour through Lucca. She seemed so comfortable in the city and knew so much of the history of Lucca it was a highlight of our trip. The food, wine & gelato were delicious and the portions didn’t disappoint.
