Similar to Firenze but on a smaller scale. - Beautiful City, similar to Florence but not half as big and busy which made it easier to manouvere around and enjoy the scenery. Guide was very informative.

Great tour and a must do on your time in Lucca! - The tour guide was fantastic. Knowledgeable, considerate of group to make certain we heard, and funny when appropriate. She was one of the best I have ever had. Enjoyed all the sights also. Great tour!

Great - Vittoria, our guide, was very, very good. I loved how she took us through the physical evidence of Romanesque period, Middle Ages, Gothic, Renaissance, and Napoleonic within the architecture of the city fabric itself. And the relationship Lucca had with other Tuscan cities too. I felt that I could look at the city from a more informed perspective. Thank you

A nice walk. - Unfortunately on this tour our guide did not have a microphone so it was very difficult to hear most of the time. The walk was nice but not knowing what you're looking at most of the time was a waste of time.

Great guide but group too large - Tour was fabulous and guide excellent. Unfortunately to tour was overbooked and a second guide was not available The group including children was a total of 40 people. This is too many to move around a town like Lucca.

Guide MIA - The guide didn't show up.. we waited for 25 mins. When you are travelling punctuality matters. I've saved for a very long time to have every moment of my holiday to be valuable. You guys left about 8 people waiting around not knowing whether we we in the right spot. When your office was contacted you only response was that's not like your guide... Life does get in the way sometimes but I don't think Viator should be paid to waste people's hard earned holidays! A refund would be some compensation but the time wasted will never be recouped.
