• Tofori - 10:45 AM - 12:00 AM: First stop at a Winery place in a farm in Tofori. Here, participants will enjoy a tasting at the counter with small samples of cured meats and cheeses, olive oil tasting from the farm with bread cubes, and a tasting of some wines.

• Montecarlo - 11:50 AM departure to Montecarlo for the second Winery (20 min drive)

• Montecarlo - 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Arrival at the winery in the Montecarlo area. Winery tour followed by a Light Lunch with a tasting of 5/6 wines and typical local dishes.

• Montecarlo - 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Stroll through the historic village of Montecarlo.

• Piazzale Giuseppe Verdi - 4:00 PM: Return to Lucca
