Loving Luigi and Lucca - Absolutely a must do in Lucca. Learned a lot and had fun. Watching Luigi stop at various cafes for his expected treats was priceless. Just wonderful

Beautiful overview of city! - Amazing overview of the beautiful city of Lucca. Was happy to go also go along on the city wall. Tour guide was knowledgeable and well versed. Was a little hard to understand with his accent but happy he spoke English. Highlight of seeing Lucca!

Very enjoyable tour - Picked a 4pm slot on a hot day for our 1 hour tour. Alot of journey is shaded as worried about the horse. Guide, Marios told us alot about history of Lucca. Wind in and out streets then up onto the outer wall. Glorious.

Fun way to see Lucca! - The tour was excellent and a great way to start our Lucca experience. Very informative and a fun way to see the main sights. Mario was adorable

Wonderful way to experience Lucca - We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Marika and Mario (the horse)! Marika was so knowledgeable and great with our two young daughters - Mario is a local celebrity and made stops for snacks at local bars and restaurants as he gently walked us through the entire walled city and on a beautiful ride atop the city walls. It is a perspective of the city you can’t get any other way and should not be missed!

A wonderful gentle & genteel tour of Lovely Lucca - Wonderful! This is the best way to easily get to know Lucca by open horse carriage. Marika deftly informed us of historical facts whilst guiding her sweet horse, Luigi at a slow pace all around the city & walls. Plenty of time for questions & photos. There is just no better way to tour Lucca! We are ladies of a certain age & could happily have done it every single day & saved out feet from cobblestones. LOL Seriously, DO NOT MISS this gentle & fun way to tour around Lucca. It is perfection. Delightful & well worth the cost! Molto Grazie, Marika (& Luigi!). We shall return!

Disappointing!! - The tour operator did not let us know that they would not be able to provide this booked and paid for tour!! Another tour operator with limited English assisted us and did their best but we do not believe we received what was promoted was what we received! Save your money!
