Good times. - We had a wonderful time and the ppl were even better. I recommend everybody try this when you visit. We’ll be back. Ritchie from zip line and Kingston from horseback riding were our guides. Much respect.

Thrilling Adventures Await at Chukka Ocean Outpost Sandy Bay! - My visit to Chukka Ocean Outpost Sandy Bay was an absolute blast! I opted for the zipline and ATV excursions, and I couldn't have made a better choice for an adrenaline-packed day in Jamaica.
Ziplining had always been on my bucket list and experiencing it amidst the stunning landscapes of Jamaica was a dream come true. What made the experience truly memorable were the fantastic tour guides – Richie, Andre, Roman, and Nizar. Their professionalism combined with their infectious humor made the zipline adventure an unforgettable one. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt safe and at ease, even managing to ease any pre-zipline jitters with their jokes and friendly banter.
The zipline excursion exceeded my expectations, offering breathtaking views and exhilarating thrills as we soared through the treetops and over the sea. It's an experience I'll cherish forever, thanks to the outstanding team at Chukka Ocean Outpost.
The adventure didn't stop there – the ATV excursion was equally fantastic. Elijah, our tour guide, was fantastic. His enthusiasm and knowledge added an extra layer of enjoyment to the journey. He even took the time to capture memorable moments during our rest breaks, ensuring we had plenty of photos to remember the experience by.
Riding through the safari was an absolute thrill, with each turn offering a new adventure and a rush of excitement. It was the perfect way to explore the rugged beauty of Jamaica's countryside.

Great experience!!! - Had a great time and the guides were all friendly and helpful. Cecil was our guide with the horses and he showed us the lime plant and let us smell them. Also picked flowers for us.
We had CJ, Romain Jr and Sr help with the zip lines and they explained the process and was very professional.
I’m glad we went on a cloudy day. It wasn’t too hot with a beaming sun but still great weather. We did two excursions, arrived around 9:30 and left at 1:30 so we made great time as well.

Outdoor Fun - Very fun excursions of ATV-trainers were thorough with safety instructions. Riding with horses in the water- trainers patient with attention to ensure safety. Made experience enjoyable for 1st time like me.

Visit Chukka!! - My friends and I enjoyed our adventure at Chukka! We did the zipline and atv activities. The entire staff was very helpful and informative. Big respect to O’Neal and Cj for making zip lining super easy and so much fun.

Best time ever - This was an extraordinary experience, it was my friend 40th birthday celebration we flew down to join her special celebration. Can I tell you everything that was on the list you name it we did it. The guys at that instructed us for each activity was extra ordinary ( they all made sure safety first. Big shout out to Cleveland and Darren. Oh and the dancers on the boat was off the chain. Guys when you go please tip each and everyone because they deserve it. It was the best experience ever.

We missed our boat ride... - We missed our boat ride due to the other activities and were given a hard time when asking about a refund

Aside from that we would’ve did great!
Cj, Howie & Nick were great! As well as the lady with the locs on the ziplining (can’t remember her name)

Terrible management! Workers are outstanding - Hated it! This plus completely suck. First off, when we arrived, we picked two options. We were in groups one for the first excursion and third for the second excursion. It started with the way we were greeted. There’s this lady I guess she’s the manager and she wanted to charge us to just sit in the lobby. We were like ok, we have our children doing tow excursions. She didn’t care. Then we had to wait close to two hours for the second excursion. It was a mess! Save your money. Don’t come here

Ruined My Entire Trip - These people ruined my birthday vacation to Jamaica.
I booked a day of excursions and was told pick up was for 8:15am. We waited in the lobby and no one showed up. We finally contacted customer service and then found out the driver was waiting in a different lobby of the hotel?! And when he arrived had the nerve to accuse of us not being on time. But the only reason he even found us was because we contacted customer service.
Then we get there, every employee is disgustingly rude and has an attitude. Instructions were super unclear and I witnessed a man complaining to the front desk that he could not get his locker open with his belongings because the key was faulty.
We just decided to leave without doing any of the excursions, and they had the nerve to tell us no refunds on a $400 day trip ruined. Fortunately, that's not how banks work in the U.S. Then they made us pay for the ride back, on a package where transportation was included, for which they claim no refunds.
I was excited about this particular part of my trip and Chukka ruined it. There are dozens of other companies on TripAdvisor that offer the same activities and if I could go back, I would book with one of them and I highly recommend that you do if you're reading this.
