Thrilling excursion - It was over 1000 of us that went so our schedule times were off. My husband and I did zip lines, ATV, and mini boat. The instructors for all three were knowledgeable, helpful and funny. We enjoyed our excursions and highly recommend them.

Our tour guide Allen - My friend and I visited last week and did ATV and the water rafting. Although I had issues with two of my ATVs our guide Allen insured that the experience was memorable. We had a great time!!!!

Great Experience - My friends and I did ATV and horseback riding. Very fun & well organized . The pool was the perfect touch to the scenery. Romaine and Stephan were great! . Thank you!

Phenomenal - My boyfriend & I had the best experience at Chukka. We did the horseback riding, zip line & party boat with snorkeling.The entire Chukka crew had great energy & ensured our safety. The zip line crew was amazing Darren, CJ,Chris ,Romero, Coby, Raheem & DWayne with horse back riding made our experience phenomenal & we can not wait to go back.

Pleasant - Enjoyed the horseback and ATV tours. Was able to chill at infinity pool and eat lunch in between tours. The guides were attentive especially during the ATV tour when it started raining. Lockers were $10 though so don't bring much and share a locker with people in your group. In the end, large group of people split up between buses to return to resorts, but leave at earlier times; 1:30p and 3:30p and latest 4pm

A good time - Very professional, continued with the excursions through out the rain. Please be aware of the of weight limit for horseback riding(230lbs). However they were very accommodating in the circumstance. Would definitely recommend and book the excursion again

Horse back riding and Catamaran definitely was a party - I had an amazing time DJ Howie was amazing on the one’s and two’s. The tour was a great adventure. Chukka very family oriented. Catamaran was definitely a party

Did not get what we paid for - We booked the ATV and catamaran excursions with Chukka through Nexus tours. We were picked up on time from our resort at the Hyatt Zilara, but it was very unorganized once we got to the Chukka location. We had to wait about two hours to do the ATV and then the catamaran was delayed from 3 PM to 4 PM. We didn’t sail off until about 4:20 PM and we were already back by 5:10 even though it was supposed to be a 90 minute catamaran excursion. They shorted us and we were very disappointed. The staff on the catamaran was excellent with great energy , but we paid a lot of money to only be able to snorkel for 15 minutes and turn back around. We definitely did not get our moneys worth. The infinity pool while we waited in between excursions was great. The staff at the swim up bar was great providing great drinks and some food. It was a group of 15 of us and we will not be using them again.

I do not recommend this location - I do not recommend going to this location. The women are rude and the men sexually harass you the whole time. They give you no time in between excursions for you to use the restroom or change your clothing everything was rushed. I felt they are money hungry and are aggressive about asking for tips. I love to tip and actually bought ones too tip. But when my service was not completed or I felt that I am being taken advantage that makes me not want to tip. I have went to the location in ochio rios a few years ago and a had amazing time. I would recommend that one. The excursions I did was atvs, bamboo rafting , horse back riding.

Created the best delusion - The level of weight shaming is ridiculous. I understand there’s a weight requirement for safety reasons this is fine. I didn’t appreciate the establishment have a weight scale at the check-in line therefore everyone can see whether or not you meet the weight requirement limit. I did participated in the ATV and speed boat excursions. The ATV excursion had hardly any terrain to it in addition we probably rode no faster than 10 MPH. Not to mention we waited 2 hours for the ATV activity because the establishment was doing one excursion at a time. The speed boat wasn’t a speed boat in addition the boat kept on stalling in the middle of the ocean (scary right!?). Not to mention the tour guide was making inappropriate advances to my female cousin in the middle of the ocean. We paid for buffet style food in which the kitchen ran out before we could eat. The bartender lady seemed to be annoyed with me. Everyone was on their phones at the main desk. No one took initiative to attend to me at the main desk. They had camera malfunction therefore I could not pay for pictures taken. The drink mixture taste like the smell of crayons. The establishment did have a nice view of the ocean. It’s not a place worth going.
