Great adventure! - I have rode horses but never in the water! An awesome experience! The staff ,Anthony in particular, really helped my cousin who was a first time rider!

Great! - I had so much fun! So beautiful and clean there. Every angle of this place is picture worthy, the drinks are excellent, and the food was just as good! Decent price.

Horseback Ride and Swim - Initially I did not think much of the attraction, but I enjoyed it all. It was one of the greatest vacations I experienced. Sandals in Jamaica GD & ED

So much fun!! - Noel and Frankie were so kind and helpful and made us feel safe as this was our first time horseback riding. This was so much fun and a great activity for my family.

Horseback ride - Horseback ride is not much more than a pony ride at a county fair. Definitely not worth the money. Guides do their best to help.

Poor customer service - I was not at all impressed with Chukka Sandy Bay. My daughter and I did the horseback riding excursion. Once we got there, they rushed us to and from our excursion. We didn’t have any time to look around at the rest of the area. I also wasn’t impressed with how they treated the horses. One guide was having his horse run extremely fast and appeared to be making the horse angry so it would get up on its hind legs. My biggest frustration was that as part of booking transportation to and from the excursion site (15 minutes from our resort) was included. My booking email confirmation confirms the time of pick up. I received a call the evening before to let me know that they were no longer going to provide us our promised transportation and we had to 1) cancel with a refund, 2) go a different day or 3) provide our own transportation. I selected to use our own transportation because 1) I wasn’t going to tell my daughter that we were no longer going on the excursion and 2) rescheduling conflicted with other plans. After getting home from the trip, I expressed my concerns with the company. Natasha Wong had no understanding and no willingness to address my concerns. She claims that transportation is “complimentary”, not “included”. After several emails, she told me that her manager would reach out to me. It’s been a few weeks and multiple follow up email and I’ve heard nothing. I submitted a “refund” form on their website. No response. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, and feel that I was not provided with the service that I paid for. I would not recommend this company due to the poor customer service and fact that they don’t follow through on their booked reservations.

Disappointing - Felt like a scam. They don’t ever mention anything about the water shoes (which you don’t actually need) and when you get there, they say it’s mandatory to ride. Mind you, they cost $20 on the spot.
The tour promises jungle/mountain and water experience. There was nothing even close to jungle, we took a little circle up and down the road. The beach experience..need I even mention. That was a 5 minute in and out circle in the water. It’d all be good if I at least had good photos after all that but these guys were so bad at taking photos too..
Disappointing to say the least, especially for the price.

UTTER RUBBISH - Con artists! Biggest waste of £200 ever... - the "horse riding then to the sea" - - you trek through a dried river bed full of stones... poor horses stumble. - climb a wee bit of a hill...descend then go back to the water. ALLOW at least 3 hours and hour for the "waiver and the $10 rip off for a locker" - and then "saddle up" (and pray you get one thats not unstable). The vans picking up are rammed - visit everywhere - if you get car sick - take a bag. I would never ever recommend them... and even when our tour rep tried for a part refund they argued and squirmed. Its a loud, money making exercise to fleece tourists... IN MY OPINION...
SWIM???? Yeah right!
